I was excited to have an easy way of mass deleting my tweets. I signed up for their $4.99 / month as advertised. I woke up and checked my bank only to find they billed ANNUALLY ($59.88). I went back to their website to see how this happened and in tiny print it does explain it is billed annually, however it is EXTREMELY misleading as it does also clearly say $4.99/Month.

I now have ZERO trust in this platform due to the misleading information about their subscription and will never use their site again.

I had a very frustrating experience with TweetDeleter.com. I contacted their support team to cancel my subscription and received a reply confirming that my subscription was cancelled and that I would not be charged. Despite this confirmation, I was still charged afterward.

When I reached out again to resolve the issue, they refused to provide a refund and claimed I did not cancel in time — even though their own response confirming cancellation was sent before the charge went through.

This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional. They also retain your credit card information on file and continue billing even after confirming cancellation, which is concerning.

Overall, this reflects very poor business practices and customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this service if you value transparency and fair billing practices.

Knowing that embarrassing or outdated tweets are gone is a huge relief. It’s amazing how much lighter my profile feels.
