My mother ordered from them a month ago. We have recieved no confirmation email or shipping details. the company HAS taken her money. I have written to them over mail, and called the number listed on their website they have never answered anything. Do not order from this company it is a scam

Quite impressed easy to deal with and the jumper was good. Be great for skiing and it’s soft and I’m happy.

On its first outing the sweater has already been noticed and much admired. It smells reassuringly of sheep! Fast delivery and even got a phone call to make sure I had the postal tracking number. Nice to get personal service.

There were a number of website issues, including delays in updating available stock.

Tweed.ie advertise on Instagram; one is disappointed to find that a majority of products of the category 'socks', for instance, are already sold out. One might indicate if and when they'll be available again.

That said, customer service is excellent: courteous and forthcoming. The quality of the socks is very good upon arrival , one needs to wait and see how they will hold up to wash and wear.

Ronan was quick to communicate a short supply delay and my jumper duly arrived soon after.
The black jumper is a perfect fit #medium, I am 5'7" 40" chest. The wool is beautiful, the colour flecks and contrasting collar etc give the jumper a traditional garment look. The wool is a fairly open knit, so I can wear this on cool sunny days and feel just warm enough.
I have had several approving comments from family.
All in all, happy to pay a little more for this unique hand made garment.

Unusually, I had direct contact and they were great and lovely. I thought the package had gone missing but in fact I was the victim of an unrelated scam. On the contrary, following a delay, someone went to great lengths to speed up my delivery. Thank you!
