The Tweakbit software is a wonderful thing to have access to if you need help with your computer. The technicians are so kind, understanding & helpful, they make your computer run as it should, I highly recommend this company if you have any problems with your computer. They are very efficient & I for one am so happy I joined, they always help me. 5 stars!

The PC Repair Kit worked well and quickly. The PC Booster kept activating a Norton warning about a Trojan.Gen.2. virus and wouldn't allow the program to open. It loaded OK, saying it was safe, but then as soon as I tried to run the program the virus warning kicked in. Same thing happened on my wife's computer. I wrote in, but the response instructions didn't gel with the Norton options so I rang the freecall line. The tech who answered went into the helpme program and said he'd sorted it, but then wanted me to hand over my computer to a technician claiming I had a lot of unused programs that needed cleaning, This would have included a fee. I was doubtful so declined. Went back into my computer and the PC Booster was installed but my Norton SEcure VPN wasn't working. I tried several times to engage it and it wouldn't. I closed everything then over-rode the obstacle, got VPN running and it immediately signalled the Trojan again, and removed the PC Booster. So, reading now deeper into the reviews, I am a bit doubtful about this product and worried I may have invited trouble. That said, the Repair Kit has markedly improved the speed of the computer and it was a lot simpler than running through my whole system to fix all the bits. So, a very mixed feeling and the jury is still out in my opinion. Looking at all the 5star reviews, I am a bit suspicious of some of them. Very similar phrasing and grammatical idiosyncrasies and enough bad experience reviews to make me really worry.

I was facing an issue with bluetooth connectivity on my laptop, I tried all the troubleshooting and tried to update drivers in device manager to fix the issue but nothing seemed to work. Then I came to know about driver updater software from tweakbit and it really worked and fixed my issue in no time. I wasted many hours experimenting things myself but driver updater came as a life saver and it's economical too.
