Poor poor poor - they don’t answer AT ALL….they tell ou they will get baxk to you but don’t. I start to think that they actually don’t want customers or that customers are a nuisance. If you can. AVOID TVVLAANDEREN!

I signed up for a free trial period for…
I signed up for a free trial period for their app - and do not want to continue. I now find out that I cannot cancel the trial period via the app or my online account. I have to call customer srvice to cancel. I cannot get through. I have emailed them - no response. I have messaged them on facebook twice - no response. What terrible service.

data leak/hack
Due to a data leak/hack, 2 subscriptions were taken out with my data, against my knowledge. 1 of them with quora and 1 with tvvlaanderen. Quora refunded the subscription without any problem, but tvvlaanderen refused. Customer service claims they cannot do this. Scandalous!

There are way better and cheaper alternatives.
Made me pay double for same account, did not receive promised discounts, quitting the service is made difficult, costumer service is a joke...
It's imo a mess over there.
