I had TVL

I had TVL sprinkler repair company out, Charles or Chuck) Hendley, the owner/operator of TVL sprinklers, to put in an irrigation system for my front and back yard. Not only did he do a very bad job( the whole system needs to be redone), he destroyed over $2000. Worth of plants, bushes and killed the tree in my front yard. “Chuck” also does not have a state license to put in sprinklers ( required in CA) and he doesn’t honor his money back guarantee. I tried talking to him and asked him to refund me and replace my plants he killed by digging up their roots to put in his useless system and he won’t do anything. He lies about his knowledge, he created a mess by destroying so many of my beautiful plants and he’s unlicensed. Overall, he made a mess and now won’t take any responsibility for anything.
