Tvg has no respect they close my account and trying to take my $1250 I open a tvg account I deposit $200 no one close it soon as I won and try to take my money out they start doing the most so I rude to the employees tvg do not own me now they asking for selfi and Id just be they wanna took my $$1250 they send back my $15 dollars back to my card also my $200 I used to deposit but I won that money it’s mine they trying to take it I send in my Id and selfie it’s just unfair to me they can do people like this just because someone say wat they wanna say this is a free word tvg can’t never shot me up they now close my account and I am still waiting for my money please comment do u think tvg have right to take my money I bet to win yes they should take back that $200 I deposit to be fair but not my money

Their website is often slow to respond, specifically frequent lags. I've reported it via their messaging and feel that the complaint was brushed off.

A note to TVG - please don't respond by telling me to report the issue - again. I did and that is just a feeble attempt to provide the illusion that the problem is on my end. You know you have a bandwidth/web server resource issue.

Not an attempt to brag, but instead, a measure to avoid deflection..... I possess a M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University in NYC. Also, possess a plethora of relevant Information Technology certifications.

To that point, I'm certain the lag issue is not with my home setup. Have 1GB fiber right into my home, am on a hard-wired Windows 10 desktop with an i7 processor and 128GB RAM. Same lag with Edge Chromium, Google Chrome and Firefox.

Update - need proof on website issues? Today is Derby day and the website is totally inoperative. How pathetic not to prepare infrastructure for such a big day.

I opened an account with $500 it was locked within an hour and over a week later I still cannot access my money. The response received from customer service was “they are very busy and will review your information when they can”. They stole $500 from me BEWARE!!

There is no understanding I still cannot access my account!

You have to listen to the most BORING SPORT BROADCASTER ON TV , THAT JUST TALK AND TALK BS MOST OF THE TIME RICH P ON MONDAYS AND TUESDAY IS SOOOOOO BORING that give you a headache!!!

I like horse racing a lot I just have not gotten to do what I’m doing on tvg because lack of funds but I’m having fun I really haven’t won anything yet but it’s the anticipation of the race of who wins and who losses.

I have been betting on horse racing for 25 years. I have tried every one of the "trusted sites" for playing the horses. I have contacted every one of there customer support at one time or another. I have watched every sites video feeds. I have made deposits at all the sites. I have made withdrawal's from all the sites. I've participated in there contests. I've used there free handicaping products. I'm here to tell you tvg is hands down by far the best horse race betting site. There customer service is quick to respond and when they say they will call you back with the solution to your issue or problem they do call back. When you have a contest or money back special the Funds are given to you very quickly. Unlike many of the other sites that make deposits very easy but when requesting a withdrawal you have to jump thru hoops. With tvg it is very easy and well spelled out. I have never had a issue with a bet not being payed out after the race has been declared official by the track. There video quality is top notch and while watching online you can watch multiple tracks at once. There free handicaping material is very good. There are in my opinion better products available but for free it is very helpful. If you want a effortless horse racing site that is 100 percent trustworthy and dependable try tvg first. You will not be disappointed.

love everything they have to offer from watching at home to\ all the info you need to make an accurate bet . Even if not a gambling person and just love to watch the races for enjoyment you can still pick a horse , use their information that is provided and see how you would do. highly recommend it .

If you don't want to get cheated out of your money...my recommendation is to stay away from TVG.
I closed my account after they let me get cheated out of my Breeders cup pick 4 and they then kept my money after I closed my account.
In my opinion....TVG is a very crooked company.
