A massive thank you to Joel and the team for taking the stress out of our recent move. They were professional and personable - and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again......but hopefully I'll not be moving anytime soon 😀

So pleased I picked TVC for my house move. Kim, Joel and the team offered a fantastic service. It was both professional and personal with such attention to detail. Kim was always available on the phone to go though everything leading up to the day. Joel and the boys were brilliant will all our possessions, taking the time to stack everything carefully in the vans and when emptying the other end they didn't rush me into decisions regarding which rooms the boxes went into. They even made sure there was plenty of floor space left for me to set up the beds on the first night in our new house. Also loved the bag of moving-in goodies. I couldn't fault these guys at all and they made what could have been an difficult move of 200miles into a stress free experience. Thank you so much for being just what I needed at a daunting time for us with such a big move.

From beginning to end, TVC Removals were fantastic. It was important that I used a local firm and TVC's quote, customer service and communication was first rate. On moving day itself, I was so impressed. They seemed to empty my flat in no time at all, and really looked after my possessions. The move was awkward as they had to navigate a flight of stairs and a fair walk to the car park, which they did with good humour despite it being a bitterly cold day. Joel, Tom, Steve and Kim have been great and I would heartily recommend them. I look forward to moving with them again when I move out of storage into my new home.

We moved from a first floor flat to a second floor flat in one day from London to Penarth. The previous reviews were the reason for choosing TVC. Joel Tom and Steve were absolutely brilliant!! We couldn’t have wished for better service and we shall definitely use them again if we move. They encountered difficult steps to flights of steps and throughout their first class work rate, they smiled and made us feel very secure, even providing emergency boxes. They looked after and protected our furniture impeccably . A gift pack from Kim was the icing on the cake. Many many thanks!!!!!!

TVC Removals are exceptional for house removals and packing supply needs. The staff are hard-working, organised, kind, efficient and meticulous and take the stress out of moving house. Care is taken to protect carpet and delicate items, items are boxed meticulously (if you request this service) and the team take the time to explain things calmly and clearly, and are polite and sensitive at a highly stressful time, which makes you feel at ease. I was grateful for this on moving day when there was so much to think about! The team were brilliant and I'd highly recommend TVC! Family run business with strong morals and a care for people and the community.

We had to break the chain so Kim helped us organise a move out of our home into storage and managed to rearrange some things so they could move us into our new property on the required date. The team on the day were really friendly and efficient and it was nice to see some of the same faces on the move into our new home :)

I would highly recommend TVC Removals. We moved locally within the Cardiff area on the 6th October 2022 and Joel and his team (Steve & Tom) were efficient, friendly and professional. They arrived on time for our move and even used floor mats and coverings for our furniture. Their quote was excellent. Kim was an absolute pleasure to deal with (she works in the TVC Removals office).

Joel Came to the house I had x3 quotes of other removals. Joel was a true gentleman when came to the house he looked around and then sat down with us and told us what was happening with the house move. He went through the terms and conditions and told us what to expect on moving out and moving to our new property.

Very professional company. He gave us our quotes we knew we would be using him as our removals company.

On moving date we were all packed in 2hr and 30minutes. Just wait to pick up our keys for the keys house as it was private house I bought But Joel went to see what the hold up was over at the new house to see if they needed help.

Excellent firm, used their packing and removals service for our very full 2 bed house to move last week. Friendly and professional, did a great job.

Joel and his team have done a fantastic job relocating my home across the country. Their communication from start to finish has been responsive and efficient, keeping me up to date at all stages in the process.
Their service has been both professional and friendly, helping to take much of the stress out of moving. They took apart and reassembled some furniture which was a real help. Everything arrived at my new home in good order and they have even offered to take away the packing boxes!
The personal touches and excellent service were much appreciated. I would highly rate and recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic service from a professional, flexible, and friendly team. TVC moved us out of our old house into storage, and then from storage to the new house, and were great at every stage. Highly recommend!
