Ordered online, didnt get delivered when we were told it would. My daughter spent over a week sleeping on the floor. Had to chase up and chase up. Eventually got delivered after the delivery slot time at 7pm on a Friday night. My husband is good at putting things together/diy this took him and my son hours, not easy at all. Had to order extra screws as the ones for the tv in the bed were wrong size. Actual bed is nice now its finally here and up but id advise you go elsewhere.

Photos show bed with nice chrome feet bed delivered without them doesn't look nice with bed lying flat on floor why show pictures on your web page that make bed look nice if they actually dont come with the feet avoid this company they sell items that are not what you see on their website customer service is a joke no phone number to contact only email that they cant be bothered to reply to avoid avoid avoid

Worse experience ever, 2 weeks waiting for the tv bed and in the end the delivery was given to a third party company who did not even contact me yet. I took a day off not paid from my job and I will not receive anything. Still I don’t know how the bed will be but I advise everyone to avoid this company because they are not professional

Ordered from them with high hopes and belief that they will deliver to room of choice as stated on their website and delivery confirmation. After waiting a week the delivery drivers told my mother in law they don’t take to room of choice when in fact they should as stated in their email. Waited a whole week for the delivery and they caused an inconvenience, if I didn’t care about your promise to deliver to room of choice (from ground to third floor - mine was first floor) then would have ordered from a better company. Poor service. The woman said someone will call back to sort it out but no call, absolute inconvenient leaving the massive parcels in the living room currently. Rubbish service can’t uphold their word.

Unfortunately, this bed isn’t great quality in terms of the overall structure and slats, and it looks nothing like the picture advertised. I’m confident the image shown is not the bed I was sent.

It also came with no clear instructions and was very complicated to put together. I had to try three different layouts before eventually figuring it out because the instructions were so unclear.

Overall, I’m really not very happy, which is disappointing because the customer service around delivery was exceptional. However, once the bed was delivered, I emailed to ask for instructions and never received a response — even now, around four weeks later.

Quality bed and equally quality service. Ordered Friday, delivered Tuesday, even over a bank holiday weekend. Very knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

My Alpha tv bed showed up on time and very clearly labelled with easy assembly instructions. We had a bit of trouble with the tv release button but one quick phone call with customer services and they were able to give us the handy tip that worked a treat as we weren’t quite doing it right. Very happy with the standard and quality of the bed and the service has been excellent all the way down to the delivery firm. Thank you very much Tvbeds

I ORDER A TV BED IN JANUARY AND WAS TOLD 6 WEEKS DELIVERY.....STILL WAITING KEPT CHANGING DELIVERY DATE SAYING NOT IN PORT DUE SOON MONTHS WENT PAST SO I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN YESTERDAY REQUESTING UPDATE NO REPLY SO I WENT TO WEBCHAT TODAY AGAIN TOLD WOULD BE IN PORT IN 2 DAYS THEN IT STAYS IN WAREHOUSE FOR A WEEK BEFORE A DELIVERY DAY WILL BE SENT TO ME .
