Very efficient and tidy.prompt visit.

Managed to fit the ariel in the loft, no chance of it blowing away in a storm, which has happened before, very quick and efficient,

The fitter came all the way from mid Wales to fit my ariel he was respectful and got on with the job. He fitted a Log periodic aerial and copper coaxial cable so I was pleased with the installation.
Efficient service no complaints.
Would I use again if needed yes definitely.

From the first phone call the service from Paul was excellent. He was very responsive, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the connection issue
He had all the resources to fix it there and then and did so very efficienly

Costs were in line with my expectation.

I rang for help on the morning because my tv was pixelating badly. Engineer came out middle of afternoon and sorted my problem (which was the wiring in aerial). Very good service, all is fine now.

By mistake so we cannot take the tv off the wall because we haven’t got the key. I spoke to John
And he has returned yet so I am very disappointed 😢
We need this key and he has not dropped it off yet

The job was well done and the installer was very knowledgeable. However the price of £714 inc VAT was very expensive. He was at our house for nearly 2 hours and put up a new aerial and booster and sorted out some cables etc. I would have thought half the price was enough.

Paul Davies Aerial Installer are excellent. I contacted in the morning and was informed they would arrive in the afternoon, when it neared the time I was a little anxious but received a call, apologising and to inform me that they would not be there that day but would be there early the next morning. Arrived early as stated next morning, was fully informed of what was going to happen and the job was done and finished and the TV picture restored perfectly. A first class team, first class service and very reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company. Just do it.

The service was quick, same day and the man was friendly but he was not very tidy.
The last person who fixed our aerial, took a photo of the problem before going ahead.
This one fixed a new aerial right enough but didn't bother to connect it to the port in the window frame and left loads of cable on the floor, which he said he would tidy up...he didn't and it's still there.
He then spent some time on his phone looking at jobs coming up and chatting to us where they were and then got me to sign away about £500.00 ponds on his phone. I couldn't see what I was signing but to be fair my sight is bad anyway. We both breathed a sigh of relief when he went. I'm probably being unfair, he was jolly but I don;t care about personality I just want a tidy professional job please

A very timely call out to our home and a new ariel fitted and tested to be working properly.
