I tried to buy a 3 month subscription. Impossible
I tried to buy a 3 month subscription. First time I got an error saying they didn't recognize my email address - the same email address that they sent my 24 hour free subscription to.
They told me to try again. I did. Same error.
Then they told me I needed to create an account before buying a subscription. OK. I tried to create an account. But there is no place or link to create an account.
I told them that. They said I didn't need to create an account. I just needed to follow the link in their text message.
I did. I filled out the subscription info FOR THE 3RD TIME. Same error.
Then they told me to use another credit card, paypal or crypto currency. Because - "Dear Customer, This issue is a result of the bank details that aren’t accepted in our system. Note that our secure payment system may occasionally flag certain credit card transactions, which can result in payment failure.....
STAY AWAY FROM THIS "SERVICE".
Edited 2 hrs later - And on top of that, my credit card has 3 charges on it. I have to tell my bank to stop payment AND my card is frozen until this gets straightened out!

Not a great main TV subscription service!
I selected a lifetime subscription and was given a free IB pro. For the first year, it was mostly ok, was given a new login occasionally, which was a tad annoying as I had to find all my favourites again, I took to keeping a note of them. After the first year, they asked for a €20 payment, which surprised me as I thought the point of a lifetime subscription was there would be no further payments. Anyway we paid it as actually its great and I do get to watch a lot of good stuff. Today I been getting an error message on all live, movies and series. I've emailed them, WhatsApped them and done live chat and getting no response, I'm not overly pleased with them right now as I have no TV at all.

Avoid this, extortion!
Had a lifetime subscription but after one year my playlists 'expired'. After reaching out they said that I can voluntarily pay €20,- for a new server. I refused since I didn't have access to the service and told them that they need to fix this first. Now they say I have to pay the €20,- or I don't get acces anymore.
I don't object to paying a little money extra to help their service but this is just extortion. Don't offer a lifetime subscription of you're gonna force me to pay anyway. Avoid this company!
Scam!!
I had multiple lifetime subscriptions. Just to get it turned off. I had to pay to get it unlocked.
Now 3 weeks later; nothing is working.

I am a happy customer with TV Shadow. It is working well almost all the time and they have a good customer service.
