bought initio perfume, its good, its legit. Bought nasomatto that i had 5 bottles of before, it dont last the same. removed batchcode with one finger swipe from the bottle. If you want to be sure to get a legit orginal perfume buy from heavenscent, kicks or gimle. Dont try to save money and risk :)
Terrible service, pushy and arrogant behavior. I've seen this myself and heard many stories from friends. They will send you an open bottle and try to apologize afterwards, likely assuming people just go along with it, especially young customers. I honestly find it surprising they haven't gotten into trouble with the police.
I purchased a perfume from them, then received a text saying that the perfume didn't have a box, this was not initially advertised on their website, they offered me to get it with no box or waiting some weeks to get a full set perfume. I then replied that without a box then should be discounted for me to accept it, they said no and then I opted to wait. During this communication the tone of the messages was very poor and unfriendly, I assume that it was because I did not accept to buy an incomplete product at the price of a complete one (again not as initially offered or advertised).
A day or two later (today) they sent a message saying they will not receive it back from the provider and I could either get it with no box or change my order, I accepted none of them options and opted to get a cancellation and refund.
I want to say to whomever was sending me the follow up texts that your customer service is very bad and you should not be left alone dealing with customers, you made your store seen as amateur and your offers as misleading.
I hope to receive my money back as soon as possible and do not plan to buy from your store again.
I ordered Erba Pura but got ice dive in the mail instead, when I messaged the shop about it they told me there must have been a mistake and that they will refund me the money but they never did, I messaged them again asking when I'm gonna get the money and they ignored. Don't recommend buying from them
