Very recently completed my first First Aid training course with Steve Robson and cannot praise Steve enough. Steve thoroughly talked us through the theory and provided practical exercises which i very much enjoyed. Overall a great day, thank you Steve.

Used them to provide our First Aider with the necessary course, but my goodness, they never stop hounding us! Constant e-mails and phone calls - two this morning and it's not even 11.30! I have told them that we will contact them if we need their help, but they just don't take no for an answer!

Communication was very good from start to finish. My assessor was very helpful and always responded in a timely manner. Very understanding of personal circumstances when I needed extensions. Overall it was a great experience.

I have used TutorCare for various training courses over the past few years. From customer service when arranging the required courses, to their professional and friendly tutors, i cant fault them. The course material is great and always informative, even when doing refresher courses. I would highly recommend their service for what ever your training needs.

Great service especially from my assessor. She was very present throughout my course with her consistent check-ins via calls and emails. The motivation she gave every time really encouraged me to put in the most work even when I felt like wouldn’t meet up with my overall target and deadlines. It was a nice experience for me in general, I would recommend them.

I was a participant on a recent Emergency First Aid course run by this company. From the very outset it was clear that Jonte, our instructor, was highly skilled in his approach to delivering the course and was a great communicator. It was so engaging, with all of us taking part in the practical exercises which were great fun. That is not to detract from the serious nature of the course which was easy paced but provided a great deal of information within time available. We were encouraged to ask questions throughout the day which helped provide a greater understanding of the processes and procedures required to administer first aid. Overall, a great day and I feel far more confident in delivering the right help at the right time should an emergency situation ever arise

The educator Aaron was professional, experienced and made sure we were all learning! Would recommend TutorCare for sure. The educator made it all so interesting and explained everything really well and kept us engaged.

Had a full day of training with Rob Lazaro and other attendees. As most would expect I thought "it will be a long and boring day" .. IT WASN'T at all. Rob was giving everyone attention and made the structure of the training so everyone gets involved. All aspects of the training were covered and I ended up the day knowledgeable and confident that I can deliver the training to my colleagues as well as Rob did. Thank you!!!

Very easy process to start the course. The instructions and communication are very clear and the the team and tutor are very responsive and cooperative.

Rob Lazaro’s Fire Marshal Train-the-Trainer webinar was excellent—clear, practical, and directly applicable to hospitality operations. The session blended current UK fire safety duties with real-world case studies, giving me robust material to cascade confident, compliant training across multiple sites. Rob’s delivery was engaging and well-paced, with strong emphasis on roles, alarm response, evacuation coordination, PEEPs, and post-incident debriefing. The training resources provided (lesson structure, assessment ideas, and scenario prompts) will help standardise our approach and evidence competence. The Q&A was particularly valuable, addressing hotel-specific challenges such as night staffing, assembly management, and guest communications. I left fully equipped to deliver effective Fire Marshal training in-house and to raise overall fire safety standards. Highly recommended.

Tutor care visited my university in October 2025, to provide moving and handing training, and also basic life support. I have attended various trainings over the past 4 years with a variety of companies; however tutor care has stood out the most, in an exceptional manner. The training was engaging, and enjoying. Everyone was engaged throughout the entire course, and I feel even more confident in my skills furthering this training.

Very easy to book the course with Hamza Chaudhry, he phoned up to check we were still ok for the booked dates, Course took place onsite, Tutor was on time and very nice and knowledgeable, course coverage was very good and first certificates were emailed over very quickly

Trainer was great, made things clear and understandable and kept the groups interest. We had a slight issue with one of our bookings, but TutorCare were quick and efficient at resolving it for us.
Would definitely use TutorCare again in the future.

Matt Kindell was great. Really well explained and clear training with plenty of engaging video clips to make everything real. Best fire marshal training that I've had.
