Stay away from them at all cost. I have had terrible experience with these guys in the past on 2 different occasions. They talk sweet and charge you money for services they don't provide. If you value money and your car never go to Tutas Auto in Herlev.
Iam a satisfied customer. Last June, they made a good work of changing the whole motor of my Volkswagen 6 Variant tsi. I have driven already more than 4,000 km to this day and still running well. My only observation is the oil temperature is 6-9 degrees Centigrade higher than it should be. Normally when Iam driving 120-130 km with my old engine, the temperature is only 96C. Now it’s reaching 107C. I want to thanks Hussein and his team for a great job. Best regards, Wilfredo
I found Tuta's Auto through Autobutler.dk for yearly service and brakes change for my car. Upon arriving at workshop, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They were all prepared to received the car, except the requested lånbil.
The delivery time was delayed by a day, but they allowed me to keep the rental car at no additional charge, which was a nice gesture. The work done on the car seems satisfactory.
There was one minor issue, though. I had also asked them to remove a jammed car antenna, but they never looked at it, even after two days. This left me feeling little disappointed.
