The flosser unit works well. I love it. Well, I loved it until the nozzle broke off.
My most major concern is the availability of spare parts. For example, my nozzle broke off within the unit. I was able to extract the ‘broken off’ piece, only to discover that I cannot find where to purchase a new nozzle. Of course this renders the unit useless.

I use the Tuski. Purchased a unit about 2 years ago. My dental Hygenist told me a few times about how great a job I was doing cleaning my teeth.

My only objection is the tuski lasted 2 years and stopped working. Had to purchase a new one because my warranty had expired.

I would give your product higher reviews if it lasted 4 years or had a longer warranty.

Customer service is outstanding!

The Tuski flosser's are new for us and when we received our first order we both experienced problems with them working properly. We contacted customer service, they requested a video of what the problems were and they immediately replaced them. Was so thrilled since these flosser's work better than any that we have used before! So happy with this product!

Needed a part replaced on my waterpick. Instead of replacing the part, they gave me a new waterpick. Who does that today. I'm a customer for life. Great product and customer service.
