Tusass broke my parcel during shipment and unfortunately doesn’t offer compensation as it’s “expected that many parcels will break during shipment due to the heavy load of other parcels”. 849kr in cost and damages down the drain.
I bought Tusass eSIM for 14 days because i wanted to get the bigger data option 20GB when my trip was only 4 days. Turns out when i activated the eSIM, data did not work at all, however the phone calls did work but data completely not work. i called the company while i was still in Greenland and the lady who helped me say she will check with her colleague and never get back to me or email back. I paid around $77 since data did not work at all i requested for refund through email/phone call but they never get back. For anyone who go to Greenland please don’t get Tusass and waste your money better to just go off offline google maps if you cannot find any other alternative. this greenland company Tusass is a scam.
