I ordered a painted turtle. It arrived sickly and would never eat, and died after 10 days. They refused to refund or replace my turtle. Do not buy from here!!

Paid for an item and was billed April…
Paid for an item and was billed April 30th. As of this review on May 23 still have not received my item. Was told by customer support that the item shipped on the 30th and they can’t control or see what happened to the item once they shipped it. I think they are a sham outfit

This was the worst shopping experience ever. No one gave me status on my order and when I reached out to get it via email, they hid behind the COVID-19 pandemic excuse. I STILL don't know when my order will arrive. Do us all a favor and close up your store.
