Great service
We have started using Turno this month and thought we had secured a cleaner. Well on the day of the cleaning she did not show and we have to reach out to support for assistance since our back up was also not available. Faye helped walk us through the process and got us up and running again‼️
What are stressful experiences can be made less so with great support. Thank you Turno!

Turno has been a brilliant app to simplify communication with my housekeepers! Such a huge time saver, and it makes accessing all the information super simple for them. I recently had a syncing issue and Adam helped me resolve it and gave me some tips to manage my listings cane calendar. The service is consistently great with their tech support!

I had a connection issue with a cleaning owner, and I wasn't exactly sure what to do. I messaged the AI agent and asked for a human representative, and that is when I was introduced to Jules. She was absolutely amazing. She made this process so easy and efficient. There wasn't a question that I asked that she didn't address appropriately and timely. I'm very appreciative that she was able to get everything set up for me and get confirmation out quickly in order for me to be on time for my cleaning this morning, because without her I wouldn't have been able to make it. Margot's assistance with payment
Margot assisted me with paying a cleaner who worked for me during the week, but the autopay didn't send a payment. She helped me troubleshoot the issue and walked me through how to do a manual payment. She patiently waited on the line while I went through the steps she provided and successfully submitted the payment. It was refreshing to have great customer service that wasn't rushed from a person who seem to keep up a good attitude and was willing to help.
