Terrible from start to finish as a agent fully managing my property. I clearly made a huge mistake going with them over other estate agents.

I chose Turners due to being 'sold a dream' when speaking with the old co-owner James. The communication is literally 1/10. Haven't followed any of my instructions, I've been passed around 3 different people in a few months. They've let the tenant make changes to the house without my approval and now always pay the rent late (even though the tenant is paying on time). If you are are a landlord looking for an agent, stay clear of Turners.

My experience with Turners Removals was a very positive one, from start to finish. Firstly, all the staff, including Tracy & Caroline in the office, were all so very friendly, polite and helpful.
John and his team, carefully packed all my possessions into boxes the day before the move into their storage warehouse. The following day, a large team arrived promptly to load all the numerous boxes into the lorry, before the delivery into storage.
When I was ready to move into my new home, Wayne and his team delivered my possessions, again with great care. They were all very respectful and ensured that they covered the flooring with covers to minimise soiling the carpets etc.
Everybody worked very hard and also so well as a team. It was lovely to chat and joke with them too.
Furthermore, Turners offered very competitive prices.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Turners Removals.

The 'customer care and after service' provided after a viewing was appalling. I wouldn't recommend them

I had an extremely bad experience with this company that blatantly takes advantage of customers. As a student, I was relying on their professionalism, but my time was completely wasted. I was told the property was available, and after a visit the same day, I confirmed my interest over the phone and provided all my details over email. Now, the management claims they have given the property to someone else! This is the height of carelessness and irresponsibility. This is not just about wasted time – the turners kept me hanging with no proper communication at all. Now, I face significant difficulties in finding housing. The superiors need to look into this matter immediately. Avoid this company at all costs.

We've been living in one of the flats that Turner Property managed for 5 years and we can't praise enough all the help provided from Ylenia and management team. They communicate and sorted any query we had very swiftly and the house we were living was always well maintained by them. We loved every minute spent at the property and we will miss spending time with the neighbours.

I have been living as a tenent in one of the properties that Turner Estate its managing in Reading and I highly recommend them. The house its stunning, with a beautiful garden and own gym within the property. All the tenements in the house were really nice and we had great time together. They are full of lies tell you what you want to hear tell you they have people waiting to see your property and then have no one come and look and then when you want to leave them they try to charge you £250 even though they haven’t done what they said they were going to do so I would stay well clear of them as there are so many more professional estate agents about

I found Turners to be a friendly polite Professional Estate Agents. I dealt mainly with Lawrence who is based in the Lytchett office.
He accurately valued our house to be sold without overvaluing in order to get the commission. He also quickly got in touch with us when the ideal property came up for our purchase.

Lawrence and George were fantastic and kept us updated the whole time whilst getting in plenty of viewings! They were always honest and we always knew where we stood with them!

From start to finish Turners we're amazing! We changed from another local estate agent who fed us so much rubbish it was unreal. We viewed a property with Turners and with just 1 viewing we switched to them to sell our own property. Lawrence and George were fantastic! They didn't sell you all agent talk they spoke to you like normal people. They showed vendors round and were selling each time. We had a very smooth ride from start to finish. It has been a great opportunity to work closely with a very friendly, approachable & knowledgeable company who take great pride in their family run business. I find they have established themselves within the community not only as an estate agent but as highly experienced individuals who have a very personal approach & interest at every stage of a transaction.

I have not found an estate agent as dedicated & as consistent as Turners. They certainly go the extra mile which is very much appreciated & what makes them stand out. I look forward to hopefully doing business with them again in the future.
