Service level does not reflect the high prices charged
Before purchasing the items, I had sent an email to T&A enquiring about the product. No answer received.
Nevertheless after a period of 3+ weeks, I went ahead and purchased the items in mind, only to receive the wrong items i.e. items which were intended for someone else. One is not speaking about the wrong size, but 2 completely different items in nature.
I send an email to notify T&A about this and to coordinate return. No answer after 4 working days.

Avoid the online shop
After an in-store purchase, I ordered two ties online because I love the brand and the texture of the silk. Unfortunately, the two ties were packed in one gift box instead of two. It seems petty, but I wanted to gift both ties to friends. In addition, the single box was damaged during the shipment.
That wasn't the problem though. I have sent a message to Turnbull and Asser, but I've never received a reply. It would have been so easy to make amends to this seemingly small issue, but I felt neglected and won't go back. If a company can't get such small things right, how will they get the big things right?
