This makes my third (3rd) year using their services (Tutkey Flower Shop), and they have never disappointed me. Always on time with the freshest selection of flowers & desserts.
I ordered some tulips to be delivered to a person dear to me, in holiday. I ordered them from England, the website translated to English. I received constant updates via email.
Amazing service can't thank these enough. I made a error on the address which was miles away i contacted them and my gift was delivered the next day. Thank you for understanding and being so kind.

total ripoff
total ripoff, charged me $119 for a video of what was a great bouquet of flowers, the recipient got a bouquet with just 5 small flowers then. I complained and they went silent.

And bad experience with the person who was talking with me in the what's up and he canceled the order without telling me anything, when i ask him why you canceled He tell me do what you want.I told them I will make a complaint.You say go make a complain to your king. I have our conversation in the what's up and I can send it to you.

We would like to point out that we cancel the orders of people who express their requests in rude language and speak in imperative mood. We prefer to serve kind people. Threatening statements such as "I will complain to the attaché or embassy" are not allowed in Turkey. Do not confuse this country with your own royal administration. I hope one day you learn to be kind this way.

My order was not accepted but the money…
My order was not accepted but the money was taken so flowers were not delivered on time.
When I queried this the day after the team was very quick to react and deliver the flowers.
So 1 star for missing the order but 5 stars for reacting quickly.

Timely, professional delivery with nice, presentable box of 21 white roses.
Good customer delivery follow-up and information.
A heart helium balloon was ordered and paid for but not delivered nor refunded.
The roses died already after after 3 days, hence not of top quality.
Thank you nevertheless.
