Delivered first thing in morning on-time and good condition

Originally purchased for newly landscaped back garden but it was so lush and beautiful, I bought more for our front garden. Delivered straight to our door and freshly cut. Excellent and highly recommended.

The turf is absolutely stunning – it has a beautiful rich color, and it’s incredibly thick and lush. I have just laid it and it really makes a noticeable difference in the look of my garden. Can’t wait till it settles and grows. The delivery was impressively quick, and I’m so grateful to Fiona for handling everything so efficiently. She was not only professional but also incredibly friendly over the phone, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish Turfitt has been brilliant!

Very helpful advice pre ordering. User friendly website..with end of season discount.
Prompt delivery by truck driver Mike who took great care to get delivery to nearest accessible point to workplace.
Product, turf and loam, in good order and easy to lay as pieces good size for single operator.
Finally turf has taken well and looking good. Will use again for another project in Spring.

Firstly it said when I ordered my soil that a phone call would be placed to me 20 minutes prior to delivery I got nothing.
Secondly the soil as per thier Web shop states the soil is screened to 20mm stones(for drainage) and to remove any glass sadly this is not the case with 2inch+ stones multiple shards of glass and ceramics removed (the pieces I could see not to mention the pieces of rack/spear grass root and butter cup that now frequent my garden lawn.
So as for the claim of high quality soil I would say not.

Offered advice on the best delivery date for a weekend job and on the day delivered everything as expected and in great condition. Lawn looks excellent now that it has had time to grow and stitch together

We had ground all prepared for new turf then the rain came. For almost 4 days it rained and the soil was water logged. Spoke with Dawn at Turfit to see if we could delay delivery. Nothing was too much hassle. Turf was eventually delivered on date that suited us when the soil had dried out enough. Turf has been down 3 days now and is doing well so far. Great service

Everything was delivered on the day requested. I was a couple of rolls short so went to get a couple of rolls and returned the pallet. They let me have the two rolls free as a thank you for returning the pallet.

Turf quality was fine. Only issue was (in my opinion) some lack of transparency regarding delivery cost. Local delivery appears to be "free" when buying online. However price per roll of turf is higher than if you collect in person. In other words, the price of delivery has been included in the cost of the delivered turf. I would prefer to see a separate delivery charge.

Excellent customer service and the grass is good quality, would definitely recommend 👍👍
