Had great dealings here. Was interested in a certain turf and they gave me the upgraded version for the same price just because they had it more readily available. Matt was my service provider and he's been great throughout the whole process even was able to secure me next day delivery.

So far so good, I have not received the item yet, just dealt with Ryan on the phone. I hope the shipping goes smoothly and the product is a quality product.

I ordered the TFD Sport Max padded 5mm for a large indoor space in my basement so my kids would have a place to play in the winter. Took about three weeks to get it; when it arrived there was a small defect in one of the rolls (not their fault) but customer service was good and I was satisfied with the resolution. The rolls are pretty heavy depending on the length (mine were about 350 pounds apiece) so have a plan in place for moving them around. That said, the turf is soft, reasonably grass-like, and doesn't move around even though we didn't put down any adherent as we wanted to have the ability to roll it up if need be. Overall I'm highly satisfied with the purchase and would recommend.

Was a bit skeptical about making such a large purchase online (over 1,300 sq/ft), but after contacting Turf Factory Direct, they sent me a free sample to see/feel the quality of their product before I decided to pull the trigger! So glad I did! Turf arrived in San Diego in only 7 calendar days! Order to front door delivery was less than a week. Faster than anticipated. They were extremely helpful with diy instructions. I haven’t had it long enough to rate quality of product but so far it is great.

fast shipping. The driver did help unload due to the way the truck was loaded with out the drivers help I would have needed a forklift. Driver said the shipment was 350# I calculated over 600#

I first called for information. I was offered samples sent to me for free and all of my questions were answered. When I called back a few weeks later to place an order I received the same excellent service. I asked if they offered a military discount. And to my surprise they did and it was FREE shipping!!!! Received my roll of turf today and already installed it in my garage. I wish it was this easy doing business with everyone out there.
