Whoever designed this software deserves a raise

Overall great service for both the landlord and tenant.
It keeps track of everything to avoid he said she said.
Payments, Charges, Leases, Background checks - all seamless and efficient. Whoever designed this software deserves a raise!

As a tenant it is terrible

As a tenant it is terrible. We use them for our HOA for both owners and renters. Can't get anything done, the management never responds to emails or requests. It doesn't even seem the requests are being read I never even get a response. As just one example, there has been a damaged exterior lamp for two years, I've reported it at least a dozen times. Not even a response. Also, there are common area bulbs burnt out, and the AI chat recommends that I "replace the bulbs" myself. Nope. I feel sorry for Nick, our property manager, because the gentleman who owns several units is not supportive (nice guy, though), but that doesn't excuse not getting responses when I put in a request ON THE APP. Not even the courtesy of a reply.

We understand how frustrating it is to have requests go unanswered, especially regarding safety and upkeep like exterior lighting.

To clarify, TurboTenant provides the software platform that your HOA and property manager use to manage requests, but we do not manage the properties or the maintenance staff ourselves. When you submit a request through the app, it is delivered directly to your property manager (Nick) for action.

Regarding the AI chat suggestion, we appreciate you pointing that out. Our AI is designed to offer quick troubleshooting for common household fixes, but it clearly missed the mark here since common area maintenance is the responsibility of management. We will look into refining those suggestions.

While we don't have control over Nick’s response time, we want to ensure our technology is doing its job. If you suspect your messages are not being delivered correctly through the app, please reach out to our support team at support@turbotenant.com so we can verify everything is working perfectly on the technical side.

Pretty comprehensive for the $

Easy to use and setup multiple properties. Price to value is strong and I love how I can market properties and get current leases and background checks done virtually.

What about the tenant Turbo Tenant ?

Never again

I sent in an application and never received a response from the "landlord". And there was no way to contact the "Landlord" through their site (except to send an email, that was never responded to)I told turbo about it and their attitude was we don't give refunds. In my opinion the platform makes it too easy for people to post false properties just to collect "application fees".

My experience with Turbotenant keeps…

My experience with Turbotenant keeps getting better. I had a problem getting a screening report the other day. I called customer service and they had it fixed in a couple minutes. Signed up with TT’s Accounting partner this week.

Wrong Tenant screening report

This is a response to TurboTenant’s reply to my review dated December 1, 2025,
Thank you for responding, but the explanation you provided doesn’t match the facts or the public court record.
The eviction case for this applicant was not dismissed, and it was not sealed. It was an active eviction filing with publicly accessible records at the time the screening report was generated on June 5, 2025. The sealing law didn’t take effect until July 1, 2025, and even under that law, this case does not qualify for automatic suppression.
Your reply also states that “only eviction convictions can be included,” but eviction cases do not have “convictions.” They are civil filings. Standard tenant screening reports routinely include eviction filings and judgments, not criminal convictions.
Your reply stated that my formal complaint was “escalated internally” and that someone would contact me within two (2) business days.
It has now been more than four (4) business days, and no one has contacted me. That follow-up has still not happened.

I love the program

I love the program, makes it easy to track and collect rent payments. I love the ability to market properties thru one platform. I look forward to interacting REI Hub and doing away with QuickBooks.
