Easy to use, and does exactly what I need it to do. I had a question and Leif answered it promptly. Only good things to say about TurboScribe…!

The experience was extremely positive, both for the accuracy of the transcription and the ability to export and process it. I used the Balena tool, the most detailed one.

BUYER BEWARE:

I purchased a TurboScribe Unlimited subscription for $120/year for a personal captioning project (captioning a media library for a deaf partner). Leif, the company's owner, advertised the service as including "unlimited, highest-priority uploads."

Image my surprise then, when after several months of use my uploads were suddenly blocked, all previous functionality removed and I received a message from Leif claiming that he would only restore the functionality from my existing subscription if I agreed to pay him an additional $2,000.

For 48 hours, I could not use the service at all, despite my plan still claiming that I had unlimited usage and Leif telling me to "try again in a few hours."

If you pay to use TurboScribe, be aware that Leif can and will take away features that you already purchased and try to strongarm you into sending him an additional $2,000 to restore them.

Love it. I needed to quickly and urgently transcribe 2 audio files for a class I am teaching and panicked how to do it. I researched, found Turboscribe and it saved me! So easy, accurate and prevented me from spending about an hour. THANKS!

It is great working with this software, it makes sharing information easier and aids my work. Bridges the gap of CRM's not transcribing calls and sharing info from calls to other members of the team who do not have CRM access, without creating a "broken telephone" situation. I can copy+paste parts of the transcription which matter to them directly.

I've finally found the right tool for my work. This is the best thing that has happened to me in a long time and I'm so excited about it. The ability to transcribe my long video into a full text is something that beats my imagination. Thank you for this Turbo.

Turboscribe is exactly the tool needed when you have an audio recording and want to create great written transcripts, as the final text can also easily be translated into several languages.
Having struggled to listen to a three-hour interview because my command of German isn’t good enough, I found myself with two texts in just a few minutes: one in English and the other in my mother tongue, French.
I highly recommend Turboscribe to anyone who does reporting or, for example, conducts historical research like me. Among other benefits, it boosts efficiency.

This is a great tool actually. very easy to use, fast results, and it gives you three free uploads a day which is exactly what I'm looking for - it produces transcripts in several formats and also I can convert videos to audios too. I've been using it for the past three days and I am totally contented , it is why I came here to submit a 5-star rating.

I just want to say that I am incredibly impressed with TurboScribe.
It has become a fantastic work tool for me as a relationship guide and mentor.

The platform is very easy to use, fast, and extremely user-friendly.
Being able to record conversations or videos, quickly receive accurate transcripts, and then continue working with the material through ChatGPT and Copilot for summaries and reflections has saved me a great amount of time and made my workflow much easier.

It also helps me deliver a higher quality experience to my clients, while still allowing me to create structured summaries and follow-ups afterward — both for my clients and for myself.

A fantastic tool that I truly appreciate in my everyday work.

Simple and fast transcription service that is very user friendly and generous. Similar tools only allow you a maximum of 10 minutes per day, which is not stated until after you have uploaded your MP4 file. My recordings were longer which caused me to cancel the attempt. TurboScribe is much more transparent and generous. Their free version gives you 3 X 30 minutes transcriptions every day. Thank you!

I tried a few different transcription of my recordings this one really works great

Turboscribe processed a recording of a zoom meeting of an annual general meeting of the body corporate that manages my apartment building.

TurboScribe did a great job. It identified 3 speakers and transcribed the words with great accuracy and speed, despite two of the speakers being on remote feeds with vastly different gain settings and quality of mic.

The results are clearly superior to other services I’ve tried in the past, including IBM. And it all happened faster and with less overhead for me because the interface is simple, intuitive, and fast.

And then , because the transcription was so accurate, I didn't have to spend time and effort proofing and correcting the output!

An absolutely amazing site! Everything is so simple, clear, and user-friendly. The way TurboScribe works is honestly like pure magic. I never thought I would find a program that transcribes both video and audio files so accurately and in such great detail. It saves so much time and effort. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating such a wonderful tool. I am absolutely thrilled with it! Highly recommended! :)
