The pass was great
The pass was great, we just didn't have enough time to do everything that was offered. The only other drawback was the fact thatyou had to click into each experience to pull up the QR code instead of having one for all the attractions.

Turbopass for Rome: a waste of money
I bought the Turbopass for Rome for four people. It was a waste of money. It was advertised as a "skip-the-line" pass but we didn't skip the line at all. Basically we waited with all the other people who had tickets. The only line we skipped was to buy the tickets, which we could have bought on line without the pass. And all the activities that were advertised as being discounted were basically discounted for anybody; it wasn't necessary to have the pass.

It was a complete waste of money.
The Hop-Off Hop-Inn bus is completely useless, especially the audio guide—it only had music and a couple of sentences with names for two hours. We learned nothing about the city's history. It was a complete waste of money. There's no information anywhere on how to activate public transportation on Sundays when the ticket offices are closed, and there's no one in the metro to ask how and where to activate a Turbo Pass. We had to pay extra for transportation on Sundays, but on Monday, when the metro ticket offices opened, we were able to find information on where and how to activate and print public transportation tickets.

Great Savings & Easy to Use
We used Florence & Venice Pass and it was so easy to book the ticket and use it along with booking different activities. We could enjoy using the Skip-the-line on many attractions and also save money throughout our trip!! Having an App would definitely be more helpful & convenient.

Not good value
This pass does not allow ‘smooth entry’ to attractions as advertised. Instead it gives you a ‘ticket’, but when you read the important information you learn that you still have to go on the website to book a time and day to go. Then it sends you a ‘ticket’ for your time and day, which turns out not to be a ticket at all, but instead a voucher which you have to physically take to one of a few offices around Rome to ‘redeem’, at which point you are finally in possession of an actual ticket! In this day and age there must be a far simpler system. Oh, and the ‘hop on hop off bus’ only allows you to hop on or off at around 4 stops around the city, so is next to useless.
