Have had my present Tunit since about 2018 after having a previous one for some years before. No problems at all. It does what it says on the box. My Passat 2l deisal auto can perform like a sports car whilst giving good fuel consumption. Towing my Lunar 560 caravan it comfortably tows at 60MPH on the motorway whilst it can return at times nearly 40 MPG especially in the summer..
Recommended.

I’ve had them on Fords, VW’s, Subaru, Citroen Van, VW Crafter, Transit Vans, Old pre 2000 Mercedes x3, plus newer ones, honestly…nothing is an issue for them..well for me it’s never been anyway!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys and I have verbally and on my Facebook pages over the years.

Great product and great customer service and support for my remote install. Will was very helpful and talked me thru the steps! The car now feels more powerful and smoother too! Have just installed so will report back on fuel economy later thanks again

Will and his "ex mechanic" mate went above and beyond to remove a mod I had on my car that stopped the garage from diagnosing an issue, from start to finish they were professional, and a good laugh! It's a job they wouldn't normally do but they got stuck in and removed it! I can't thank these guys enough, and once my car is fault free I will be back to purchase a TUNIT kit from them. Once again, thank you so much guys!!!

Now my Volvo FH4 500 has more torque and power and also reduced the fuel consumption after Will fitted the ‘small box’ on the vehicle engine.

Purchased a tune it kit for my Ssanyong Rexton..19 plate. Spoke to Tom who matched the unit to my vehicle. Tom's knowledge of the product was great and put my mind at rest.
Unit set on 7 (top 9) and it's like driving a different car. No flat spot when quick exceleration is needed to pass slow vehicles in safety.
Fuel economy is better than before.
Pulling power is the when towing a large caravan. Great product wish l had one fitted earlier.

Went in to see Tom at Tunit Chorley with my Toyota Hilux and the results are brilliant! It’s now what it should of been from new!

Excellent customer service even completed a trade in on an 10year+ old Tunit device to purchase a new one. arrived fast in secure packing with clear instructions - works first time out of the box with noticeable difference to engine and driving performance even on my on TD5 Defender with 80k miles - previous installs on Q5 & BMW 5Series GT - why go anywhere else for unknown investment when you can get the best.

I bought a Tunit ADVANTAGE 3 Diesel Tuning module for my 2015 Volkswagen Touareg 3L V6 in February 2024. My Dad recommended this to me as he’s had one on a diesel Jeep Cherokee for a number of years, he also has other Tunit modules on petrol engine vehicles and he swears by the full Tunit range.
Unfortunately, I can’t comment on any potential fuel economy gains, as I didn’t work out what the fuel consumption was prior to fitting the module. However, I bought it specifically for the performance gains and also because I use the vehicle to tow a large caravan, and I can confirm that it’s made a big positive difference to the performance of the Touareg. The car has an automatic gearbox, so you obviously don’t need to think about gear changes to go up hills, because it does all that for you, but the throttle is noticeably more responsive, delivering the power as soon as you push the accelerator pedal, without any delay, and you can feel that the engine accelerates through the rev range in each gear a lot quicker.
I had a number of telephone and email conversations with Tom prior to buying the unit and also since, he is very knowledgeable about the range of Tunit products, he’s very helpful and there’s no hard selling tactics.
Taking all the above into consideration, I would definitely buy more Tunit products and I would recommend the Tunit ADVANTAGE 3 Diesel Tuning module, the company and Tom to anyone.

Been using a tunit device for about three months now and I haven't achieved any more power and the fuel consumption is exactly the same

Took my discovery 3 to the team in Chorley to get some more power from start. For a V6 3litre it was quite slow to start off with a lot of noise but not a lot of get up and go. First map wasn't quite there but a quick update later turned out to be the one, getting over 25mpg consistently around town but also some incredible noise and pull. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I've been using Tunits on my Diesel and Petrol cars since 2002.
Every Tunit has done the job.
Have run a petrol Tunit on my BMW M340i and currently running a Diesel Tunit on my 2023 VW Touareg - which returns 50mpg on a run.

Great service professional and very knowledgeable also having the personal touch.
I had parted with the car that i purchased the Tunit for before i could fit it. I rang and spoke to the guys who i then sent it back to and they re programmed the unit with a different harness to fit my latest car. What a difference ! More power especially where i believed it lacked before i couldn't get over the improvement, like having loads more horses under the bonnet. Great product and the team cant do enough for you Thanks all at Tunit....Highly Recommend

I've waited 6 months to see how things have been and after that time I am still pleased that I bought a unit.

Firstly the service was EXCELLENT, I enquired about a reconditioned unit two days before I was due to go on a long journey. I had an immediate reply and even though I ordered at last minute the unit arrived the following day.

I had a query about fitting and received a detailed email, including photo's with annotations. Amazing service.

Our car, a 2009 Rav 4 D-Cat was difficult to drive. Our local garage said the turbo was coming in late, but could not find a reason. Toyata did not even want to look at it as they said it would be too expensive to fix anyway. Our fuel economy by the OBC was around 27, calculated manually around 29. I had never got over 31mpg even on a long run.

So when I fitted the Tunit, found the car drove with NO turbo lag at all and returned 37mpg on one of normal A road journeys I was over the moon!

The car continues to drive much 'easier' and returns far better average mpg.
