Ripped off £47!! No song - then resolved
I paid for a song that never materialised .. I’ve sent a lot of messages on there website chat and after getting an apology, I have still not had a personalised song.
So long and short of it is I have been ripped off by £47!!!
Further to this experience, tuneze got in touch and apologised for technical errors their end. I then had my song created within hours.
I now hold the same regard as the first song I ever ordered and would use tuneze again for certain.

Frustrated…
I first ordered on Sep 14 and received my song within a couple of days. I was so happy with the product but I forgot to download the song and now the link has expired. I was so upset but I knew it was my fault so I tried to order again, this time it didn’t even ask me what I wanted in the song but charged my card. And I haven’t received anything on that. I reviewed my orders and decided to try one more rime to get the original song link so I bought that same order number again today. I am hoping they just send me the link or at least answer one of my 20 emails I have sent cause as of now I haven’t heard anything. Please help or I seriously just wasted 150$.

As mentioned, the download link does expire after a set period, which is why it was no longer accessible later on.
Regarding your recent orders, a personalised song can only be created once the required details are provided. We have emailed you requesting this information so we can proceed, but we’re still waiting to receive it. As soon as we have those details, we’ll be able to complete and deliver your song promptly.

Never received correction or second purchased song
I never got the first and only correction for the first song. It was made to sound like it was me about her, and it was supposed to be more of a song to another couple. Then the second song I never received.
