TunesBro unequivocally offers apps as free, but only after downloading and installing the apps, they are not free at all. I can't explain the positive reviews to myself. Seems suspicious.

Simple application great results and super service
I bought the product without having a high level of trust that it would work. Then I realized I made an error buying the Windows version instead of the Mac version. I called the help desk and while they referred me to another service group, I was helped the same day with a positive answer and the correct Mac key. I was then able to process all my conversion and it worked like a charm. Having a small problem gave me the opportunity to test their help process, and it worked great.
Had computer crash... had to change the CPU. Tried to use the software it reflected not registered. Sent email about this problem at 11:03 15 Jan 2025....Got a response at 12:27 16 Jan 2025. Great response time. Applied the solution and got back in registered.

HEIC Converter does not make the job. All EXIF data are lost despite selecting keeping them. From the previous opinions I can see that the problem exists for quite some time so it is not a bug but the design flaw. No refund despite request. Avoid.
Not only did the file conversions work without issues, but also was the technical support team extremely responsive.
The service for trouble shooting an issue I had with the app was great and resolved the problem.

It doesn't, even if you tick "Keep Exif data' box.

I bought their product (app to convert HEIC photos to JPeg) and went thru the process to download the app and install it on my computer. Nothing happened. After several failed efforts, I tried to reach their Support on their website. I found the button, clicked it but nothing happened. I have contacted Visa to deny the charge.
