Item ordered through facebook on 30th…

Item ordered through facebook on 30th January and I still haven't received it. The company is regeistered in the USa, so naturally we assumed that that is where it is being shipped from - incorrect! It's coming from China, who are known for their extremely long shipping times. I asked to cancel the order and they have ignored my request, so I have had to file a paypal complaint, which again, they have failed to respond to. They have until close of today (2nd March) to demonstrate the item has been posted or I will be refunded my money (which is what I want, as I no longer need the item). I do not recommend buying anything from this company as they are simply a dropshipper.
