Website tells you the custom song will be delivered in 48-72 hours. We waited over 2 weeks with no response. After getting our custom song, the name wasn’t even close to being properly pronounced. Company responded back to our request to redo song and let us know we would be able to get an updated version in 24-48 hours. It’s now been 10 days with no response. Been a horrible experience. We still have no song that was paid for nor offered a refund.

The whole experience was great! The only thing was on my first order I didn't know I could get two for one so I lost out on that but got it the second time. But the most exciting part of the experience and most impressive was the quality of my first song! When I heard it not only was everything I wanted in it but they had put it together so well it sounded like it should be on the radio. I mean just completely natural. If you heard it while I listen to the radio you would just think it was a new country song. I love it and she did too. That was the most important thing.

The results are amazing. The back and forth was easy and truly amazing how the words, feelings and emotions came to life. It does take a little faith to get through writing the words and not hearing the tune… but once you do the actual music and everything together is incredible. So happy with the results.
