There's NO customer service. I ordered over 2 weeks ago and only received a order confirmation that items ship in 4-5 days, no updates that there's a delay. I've emailed at least 5 times and no reply. So much for receiving by Christmas.
This same thing happened to me 3 years ago, and I haven't ordered since, so looks like they have not improved.

Poor customer service. Only way to contact them is via email which allows them to continue to be evasive. They claim 3-5 days for shipping an item. It has now been 13 days and the mystery box has not shipped. They charge a lot for shipping so I would think they would be better about it. I am beginning to think that the mystery box is called such because it will never arrive. I love how the CEO of the company boasts about his money, fame and ability to help other companies start up their businesses when his business model appears to be taking orders and never sending merchandise in return.

Provided me with an invalid tracking number, emailed them and they told me because it was a ‘freshly generated tracking number’ so it wasnt going to generate any information yet. I’ve shopped online alot to know thats not true. Lol. I then commented on their page and asked them to respond to my new email and/or IG DMS. I received multiple comments on that page, that the same exact thing happened to them. They didnt get their orders, etc. then all of our comments got deleted. Weird right. I had to go so far as dming their CEOS on ig. We’ll see if they respond regarding my missing order.

Got here quick, not a Black fan. All the shirts were Black, but fit and finish were great

Says they’re based in California but it’s a scam, they’re from China and though they claim they ship domestically using USPS and internationally through DHL they actually are from China and painfully use China post which has taken over a month to even get to the United States

ordered a mysterybox which was meant to arrive a while back. says its been delivered it hasnt. tried contacting the company and delivery company to no aveil. wouldnt recommend

Sent a message to their support team about my shipping and each time they tell me they’d system is not working. It has now been 2 months that I am waiting on my items to arrive. As someone pointed out they are not like before as I have otdered in the past and received my items within a week.

I ordered a $70 hoodie on October 26 for a Christmas gift and now it’s November 23 and the order is still unfulfilled.
I’m frustrated.
I emailed customer service and was told the reason is because it’s specifically made for my order but I could have made it myself by now

It’s been 12 days since I received a “shipping label created” email. Since then, no tracking updates - and customer service hasn’t been able to help. They claimed to have escalated my case to the “fulfillment dept”, but still no action has been taken. If my item is not shipped by next week, I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company. You’re probably better off not buying from here, especially if you need things by a certain time. My recent purchase was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I’m not confident it’ll arrive in time, if at all. And as others have said, this is likely some kind of dropshipping business, as items are being shipped from China (according to the tracking service they use), not California.

Purchased a Dark Magician long sleeve tshirt a couple months ago. Still have not received it. I am so upset since I bought it for my boyfriend’s birthday and was not even able to give it to him. No updates on shipping.I am also having problems tracking the order. Please help me.

This company is a scam. They claim to be in California with 3-5 days shipping but they actually ship from China. Ordered just 1 item almost 3 weeks ago and I haven’t gotten any updates on when it will ship, just more advertising to buy more of their stuff. Customer service also never responds. Don’t buy from this company.

I remember buying from them a while.back but now things change there location keeps changing bought a shirt and was expecting it to arrive in one week na it's being shipped from China not the united states I recommend do not buy from them

I would tell you the items are nice but I haven't received them almost a month and still nothing ordered 2 items

Ordered something for a friend's bday and it's been a whole month. 3-5 business days for shipping is absolute bull. Still haven't received it, still have no update or eta on if it's shipped or in route...

Just received the Anime Shorts they offer. The quality is quite bad for the 45 dollars you spend and the month long wait it takes to get them. These would be great if they cost 10 dollars. Overall not satisfied at all

They say 3 to 5 days to ship but it’s more like 3 weeks they also say they are based in CA but it ships from china so I’m now waiting still for it to arrive or it might not who knows
