Ordered the Mystery Box....was…

Ordered the Mystery Box....was excellent...shipping took 2 weeks too Sydney. Within a week ordered 4 more Hoodies....same thing took 2 weeks which is good, but recieved one hoodie wrong size and another hoodie had a fairly sized stain at the back of the hoodie. No point of trying too return it...would have too spend alot of time with customer service plus cause Im overseas, shipping cost would be on my end.
Well got lucky the first time...not the second....won't be a third.
Dont waste your time trying to get a refund or replacement. If you do order and live overseas, when you get it..you pretty much get what you get.

Mystery box is Perfect!

I ordered the mystery box because of the other reviews of good quality, so I wasn't sure if we had the same meaning or not.
I received the box less than 10 days from when I ordered it.
I was blown away with the products and the quality.
I will definitely be purchasing again!

You may not get what you ordered

The first time i ordered from them, it was really hard getting the package. The second time, It never came. I mean, it was clothes for $100.... I talked with the support on and off for half a year and they just couldnt help me. So now a year later, nothing.

It took longer for my package to…

It took longer for my package to arrived! The merchandise were poorly packaged! The print on the hoodie was off-centered, the white shirts prints look cheap so as the hat! I contacted them for the defective hoodie and were only offered a partial refund! Very unhappy and disappointed on how they handle customer dissatisfaction!!! Definitely will not buy, will not recommend! Save your $!!!

Bought a variety of items only to…

Bought a variety of items only to receive the wrong one I emailed them and they told me a partial refund or ship the item back but shipping is on me as I live overseas. In the end they stopped replying and leaving me on seen. Lovely service, waste of money

Very poor customer service

Ordered 2 Large t shirts, however one arrived in XL and is too big for me. Customer service explained they could only give me $2 from the $15 shirt. It would be different if I ordered the wrong size but the fact that they stuffed up the order and could not fix it is just appalling. Definitely don’t recommend their services, they also did nothing to help out in the end.

Stay away, horrible service.

Ordered a mystery box. Site stated it would ship in a premium bag. Showed up in a regular mailed that was ripped. Open the package and found 3 shirts stained, had grass and debris inside the bag and 2 items were missing. Took pics before opening the bag and sent them to their customer service. Back and forth a few times and they sent me a $10 refund. Stay away! Their customer service is junk!!!!!

Not really sure what’s going on…

Not really sure what’s going on behind the scenes here.

So made an order 2 months ago, took that long for them to actually ship it, currently it’s in transit to me (which to be fair the have no control over) but I couldn’t understand 2 months to ship

After sending 5 emails and getting nothing back, I tried to call. No answer so I moved to socials. Got a response right away saying someone will email me, weirdly I get an email 3 minutes later...

Email explained that the items had to be made before they could be shipped which was causing the delay. Bit confused as I couldn’t understand how it takes 2 months to make a t shirt, I tried to press further but got nothing back.

Customer services seems to be out sourced to a cheap company and products are either made in house slowly or made to order and drop shipped.

Either way not really a great customer experience

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

It’s the customer service for me. Which was actually awful. My package has been missing for 3 months. I have asked for a refund in every email I’ve sent them and they never even acknowledged the fact that I’ve asked for one.

I placed a order for a hoodie

I placed a order for a hoodie, it was their dragon blossom design. Order took some time getting to me but I understood because they said because of the virus things are slow. Unfortunately when I finally get the order it’s the wrong size. I ordered my son a large and they sent a small. I contacted them and they wanted to investigate, I sent them all the info and photos. They apologized and said they would send me return postage and once they got it, they would send the right size. I mailed the hoodie back and they just refunded my money. My sons upset cause he wanted that hoodie. I’m not going to even bother ordering another one, I will just look elsewhere.

These guys are honestly ridiculous.

These guys are honestly ridiculous. Orders take forever to be shipped. They screwed up my order and when I wrote them an email, they replied normally until they told me I could get a refund for one of the items. Once I agreed to getting a refund from them (they literally were the ones that suggested the refund in the first place) they stopped replying to me. I sent 2 more emails and even messaged them on their socials and they STILL haven’t solved my problem after two weeks.

Just please don't waste your money and time on Tuned in Tokyo *insert face palm here*

Complete and utter shambles of a company. Cant believe I got sucked into dealing with these lot.

Sent me the wrong item. Would not arrange for it to be collected from my door and exchanged for my correct item and for me to do this myself the postage would be £30 from parcel force.
I even offered to buy more items from them and for them to just include my correct order along with it so they wouldn't have to spend on international delivery and even that was turned down.
Horrible customer service and just a general s**t experience all around.

In addition to this it took a long time for the delivery to arrive however I'm just putting that down to the coronavirus.

All in all I would give them a 0* rating if I could.

I never write these reviews but if you're reading this... trust me and stay away ! A snail with a turbo as a shell on a t shirt is not worth all the headache lol.

P.s.... the saga is not yet over and I still have the wrong t shirt -__-

Update - they kept offering a "partial refund" and whenever I asked them to actually tell me how much this "partial refund" will be, they would dodge the question. Then finally I replied only with a simple, tell me how much the refund would be and they responded with "15% discount offered on the wrongly sent item"
I did the maths... thats £1.69!!!! I was offered a refund of £1.69 oh my days I cant even cope.

Long story short told them to keep their £1.69. Please for anyone reading, do no waste your time or money on this. I feel like I've aged mentally significantly for the sake of this t shirt that I dont really even think I wanted that bad !

On the plus side... at least I got an email back from them which seems a lot better compared to some of these other reviews below which I wish i read beforehand lol.

Im not going to recommend...
Im not gonna buy again...
ASKING FOR FULL REFUND BUT NO ANSWER ON MY EMAIL...
DONT SHOP HERE... ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY... THEY WILL KEEP YOU WAIT FOR NOTHING...
