False advertising.If this is Tundra cold. The world is in peril.Useless product.

Purchase this product for a small room which does not have air-conditioning. Once it arrived turns out that it is a small evaporative/swamp cooler. Barely puts out a light breeze at best where you have to have it no greater than 30 cm or 1 foot from your face to actually feel the effect false advertising at its best.

this is a rubbish product, would not cool a fly I threw it in the rubbish, do not buy tundra air cooler

Complained on 9th August, not received my order or any information about it. Sunday the 10th received message saying my I would receive my items on the Tuesday 12 August. Received message saying my items will be delivered now on the 11th which thy were, but not all of them I ordered 3 items and only received 2 of them with no correspondence about the one missing.

Wouldn't waste money on this, it packed in running in less than two months and company won't replace or refund it. An absolute scam

Do not buy this product as it is not fit for purpose. A small fan which is less powerful than my wife's hand held battery fan which is also much more powerful. This Tundra Freeze does not chill air at all and after two phone calls to chase eventually arrived after 3 weeks. Opened damaged packing and this is a toy which does not perform as per advert, considering going to UK trading standards and reporting. They told me my address was incorrect hence reason for delay which was a lie assume if I had not chased would not have ever got this inferior and well overpriced product. Now demanding a full refund.

Absolute rubbish!! These type of ads pop up on YouTube all the time and they’re obviously scams. YouTube will suffer in the end for dealing with them.

I bought one a few years ago. Don't waste your money. Complete con.

And honestly, this thing is crap
My 12v fan from supercheap works 100 times better than this thing. The fan on it is useless and it does not cool the caravan down. Do not spend your money on this.
I threw mine in the rubbish bin
( and even the rubbish bin didn’t want it)

TUNDRA BEAUTY IS A MAJOR SCAM!!! And I was a victim. The “Rhode” case cover I bought for my daughter from them was claimed to be “shipped” directly from somewhere in China (not a warehouse or disti center in US as you would expected), but I cant even talk about the quality of it because they never delivered the product, instead they kept weeks asking me to “talk with my neighbors” to find it. Finally, they completely disappeared and ceased any contact when I asked for the refund. Total scam and unfortunately I was stupid enough to fell for it.

This is just an ordinary fan, it does not do what they advertise it for. Rip off.

Two portable air coolers (not refrigerated) were delivered. Not happy and finding it difficult to contact the company. Be careful it's definitely a scam

Item never shipped. When I reached out they refunded me. "Shipping company was unfortunately unable to deliver your order to the provided shipping address." The address is a home in a moderate size city. I get packages from USPS, UPS, Amazon & Fed Ex several times a week! I think this is just a scam website. Never would have refunded me unless I reached out. How did my address suddenly become unshippable 30 min after I complained?

I placed an order over a month ago, they've taken my money, I'm still waiting for the product. Can't seem to contact them either

The internet has been become a massive platform for snake oil salesmen. People should recognise this B/S by seeing the thing looks nothing like the impressive device on page 1.

I've been facing considerable payment delays from this company for over a month now. Their lack of promptness is disappointing and unprofessional. It's perplexing to see them take legal action against Faire marketplace, when Faire consistently meets their obligations by paying on time and responding within 24 hours. Such actions call into question the company's business practices and priorities.

Horrible company. Not able to resolve issues with orders, and able to get correspondence back. Never again!

As a new seller I had 20+ transactions with no issues. The last one it is now over a month and I still have not been paid. I have message back and forth with support only to be told a different story each time. We have now taken all of our items off their site and refuse to sell again until we get paid for what the buyer has already received. I can not just give away free items.
