Of course I've had the same experience as everyone else. They have to be stopped now! False advertisement,no customer contact,no way to be reached with a live representative, they have taken my funds for a falsely advertised flip case and given me no tracking number,will not respond to emails,just a complete RIP off! Having my lawyer track down the company through ip addresses and web postings.

I purchased the so called flip case, the video is misleading, you cannot answer your call through the screen as shown, you annoy use your camera in the case as it is partially blocked .
I have contacted tumble cat team on three separate occasions and had no feed back with my faulty product

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER.

First time I ever bought a product from TumbleCat and will be the last time. Poor customer service. No live representative that wants to help resolve an exchange/refund. A lot of emails going back and forth, requested for an RMA number 4-5xs the past months and never heard back from them. Hoping nobody ever give them a try if my first experience is like this!!!! What a ripoff. Waste of my money and time.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. They will take your money and never send you the product. I ordered a phone case and they never sent it and gave me a fake tracking number. They are scam artists!! I had to file a complaint with PayPal.

I add my name to the list of people who've had horrible experiences with this company. Starting with no promised delivery date and poor tracking info, then receiving a product (Galaxy S8 case) that didn't work as promised. I contacted them and they said to download the app that I had already tried. Then they wanted me to return the item to Malaysia at my own expense, or accept a 30% refund and keep the case I had already rejected. I've opened a case with PayPal buyer protection, and will let them handle it.

I would give them a zero star !!! I ordered from them a box for photos, it took almost 2 months to get here , crumpled box with torn sheets! Ino one has responded my emails so far, and the money has not been returned!!!! On top of that they very expensive for their products !

Customer Service is a joke, sent me the wrong item, 2 weeks ago and still not had a response, just a holding email. DO NOT use this company.

HORRIBLE...... Customer service is non-existent. They do not answer phone or emails. DO NOT buy from them. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. VERY disappointed!

I have been trying to return a phone case which was sent to me and the case bares no resemblance to what I ordered. If you try to contact them you only get an automated response telling you they are going to escalate your enquiry. What a con!

I never received my order. When I asked about it, they referred me to my post office. I put in a dispute with PayPal. PayPal refunded my money. Will not buy from this company again.

Omg - a fraud!!!!! I ordered a 2way iron and what a mistake!!!!!!!!! Lousy unworthy product that went straight to the trash!!!! It is a fraud! Dont waste ur money on them!!!!

Really poor quality case.
It reduces the sound and reception qualities very badly for my iphone8 plus.
I tried to log in for a return but my account is not recognised.

Rip off, do not do business with this entity and contact you credit card company immediately if you have already.

Cheap junk, returns to Malaysia at your expense - just avoid at all costs.

Sent the incorrect phone case and after emailing them a picture of the item (At their request) I have heard nothing, £25 out of pocket. I will retract this review if they rectify the mistake. Do not buy from this company unless you want to lose money....!!!

Placed an order 20 days, paid via paypal and now when I try to track my order it says it doesn’t exist!
Stay away from it !

Same experience as others. Didn't receive item at all. Received email confirming they would resend it and send me new tracking info. They never did. Sent email requesting tracking info. Sent me an email advising my problem was being escalated. Four emails later over a month and a half, did not recieve any reply. They are just ignoring me now. So have put in a dispute thru paypal to get my money back.

They sucks I order from them for over three weeks now and still haven't received my order or a tracking # I emailed them still no response from them

Same warning as JBH gave. My credit card was compromised after I placed an order in early March. Still no shipping notice, no responses. Scam company. Don't order from them

Bought galaxy s7 edge case from this company. Product does not work as advertised - you can't answer calls or access apps when cover is on. Product cost us$26.90 with postage. Contacted for refund. They offered half product cost saying they lost out on postage (I said I paid for postage so that was a lie) . I asked for us$15, prepared to wear the rest. They didn't get back to me. Item comes from China and has cost on the bag (us$5). Asked for full refund. No reply. Have reported via PayPal. Avoid this company! Fake reviews on their website and wouldn't publish mine.
