Very good rate

Very good rate. over the year paid regular direct debit causing over payment, which was refunded promptly by customer service on request.

I had a query with my meters

I had a query with my meters, so I contacted Tulo Energy who responded quickly and resolved my query to my satisfaction. They were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Tulo to everyone.

Absolutely Disgraceful

Absolutely Disgraceful. They ignore a faulty meter issue for months, which now traps me into staying with Tulo, then raise prices knowing full well I cannot switch if I wanted to. Absolute scam.

Absolutely brilliant company

Absolutely brilliant company. No hassle, easy support, and low tariffs. Unfortunately I have had to switch but only due to getting an electric car and them not offering an EV tariff currently. Hopefully they will offer one in future and I will return.

Tulo Energy the best experience made easy. I spoke today with George not because I had a problem, but just to Thank the company for saving us money with lower standing charges.he spoke to me as though I were family, he was so polite and a credit to Tulo Energy. Would highly recommend them to others

Direct debit changes

This is my second time using the chat and Gemma was very helpful with updating my direct debit due to high credit.
It was very quick to be redirected to an advisor and all was sorted within 10 minutes.
