Tulle & Chantilly is nothing short of amazing! The ordering process was a breeze and my package came days earlier than expected, which is always a good thing! When I had to make changes to my first order, although they unfortunately do exchanges or refunds, the Customer Service team was great with communicating with me and getting me a good discount and rushed shipping!
Their dresses are gorgeous material and are so flattering! I highly recommend!

Easy process and the dress is much better quality than I was expecting. The straps are way too big but those are easy to adjust.

Tulle is a very easy website to navigate as well as purchase from. I got my dress super quick and they responded to all my questions within a day. 10/10 would purchase from again.

I used the custom fitting option for ordering, I had my aunt help me who makes custom dresses. When I got the dress, it wasn't fit to me at all, the top was overly larger and needed to take it somewhere for alterations. The top of the dress was horribly fit, it was too long from the breasts to the belly button and would bunch up. There were 8 bridesmaids in the wedding I wore this dress for and every single one of us had issues! When we would use the fabric to use as straps, it made it even worse. There was a stitching going across the chest that was visible on my dress, using the strap was the only way to hide this sticking. Very disappointed. Within 6 hours of wearing the dress, there were plastic strips poking thru the fabric and rubbing on my under arms and back. The color and the fabric was about the only thing that was higher rated for this dress.

Working with this company was wonderful. Communication was fantastic and the customer service was excellent. The dresses arrived faster than expected. The dresses are beautiful and look as advertised. I’m thankful that the team reached out and asked me to send my measurements. Both of my dresses fit perfectly. Very satisfied with my purchases. Will order from this company again.

Ordered a dress from here for a wedding as a custom dress went and got the measurements done by a seamstress to make sure they were correct (I always do this-never has been wrong before :)!) I sent in the measurements with a friend. When we got our dresses back hers fit perfectly every where length was the perfect length mine however was not itbwad rather very short and was not happy. I wasn't able to try on the dress till recently (past the return request date). I has asked all the bridesmaids if their dresses were as short as mine and they all said no, ireached out to company and explained the situation; they had offered $30 refund or a credit towards a new dress. I originally was going to go with the new dress but I got the exact same measurements as the first time so I decided to do the refund instead. I'm pretty upset about the $30 refund I was hoping for at least 50% if not 100% refund as it was not my error at all and nobody in the group has the issue.

Do not buy from Tulle & Chantilly. You cannot return the dresses at all! The website says that you can return the dress and yes, technically you can return the dress however the dresses come from China and the cost to ship them back is over $200, more than I paid for the original dress. When I asked to return, they said "what about take them to a seamstress to check if they can be altered in your local place?" The color and tulle was completely wrong and now I am stuck with multiple dresses that I won't be using. Do your research and buy from somewhere else!

The quality of the dress is great exactly as shown in the pictures on their site. Sophie who helped me get the sizing correctly through email was great to work with and I'm so glad I went with the custom dress size.
The dress fits great, a little loose in the front, but it still looks beautiful on. I highly recommend this company when looking for a dress!

Dress did not come at all like it was described. And per the recommendation of the customer service, they added an inch to the waist which made a standard dress "custom" and then voided any potential to return. They won't offer any return for the dress and told me to try and sell it and order another. Don't order!!! So many other sites out there that are better.

I recently received my dress from Tulle and chantilly. I was very pleased with the way it fit and the color was accurate from the swatch I purchased. I can't wait to wear my dress for my wedding rehearsal.

My daughter wanted a beautiful dress to wear as "the New Cinderella" for Halloween. She found what she wanted on Tulle and Chantilly. The service and communication with the company was great. We received the dress on time and it looked absolutely beautiful. Now we hope to attend a wedding or special party, so that she can wear it again.

Came in at the right time & everyone loved my dress! I measured as asked and they custom fit just for me! Highly recommended!!!

I ordered a velvet burgundy gown and the custom fit was perfect, the shipping was fast and I am in love with the dress and how it looked! I wore it to two weddings and it looked perfect both times! I definitely recommend ordering from here!

I love the colour of the dress! As well as the fit of the top it is perfect and snug to my bust and waist! I was offered a custom fit at no extra charge and it was very well done. My only complaint is that the dress is a couple of inches shorter than the measurement that I gave for the hollow to hem for the custom measurement. I still really like it on, and the bride is happy with the length so overall it worked out!

The customer service is a 5 out of 5 for sure!! They make sure the sizing is correct and are simply so kind and caring! The dress comes fairly quickly, Colour is exact as shown online, i had to get some alterations done due to ordering up a size but other than that, amazing!
