Tuft has changed our lives! The software is super easy to use for us and our customers! They have an app so it’s easy for our customers to book, amend and see all future bookings and can create a whole pet profile. People can see our availability and automatically book in with us and pay a deposit. This means there’s no admin for us and this has massively reduced our no shows.
