Great team as they make sure your experience is a good one. Got our 2.5 awning and tent to go with the tuff trek roof tent we got from them and had no troubles so very happy.

Does what it say in the tin

Superb quality products backed by great customer support. When I bought my roof tent Dara opened the unit on a Saturday and used his forklift to get it onto the roof of my vehicle. Later when I found that the awning side pack I had ordered was the wrong size, Dara quickly agreed to replace it with the larger version. The place to go for expedition equipment.

I ordered the item on a Sunday evening, it arrived on Tuesday very well packaged and in perfect condition.
Can't complain about that!

I made my order one afternoon, it was despatched and delivered within 24 hours...amazing!

Great service, I ordered some equipment from a competitor but found out the items would have a 2-month delay. I called Mark at Tuff-Trek and was delighted to find out they had the items available. I quickly canceled my previous order and organized the collection of the new kit for the next day. Happy days!

Mods included - Alu cab Hercules roof tent, gobi x wheel carrier, explore glazing side windows for a new Land Cruiser 78. This was not a small job.

Great meeting today with Dara to discuss options on the AluCab Canopy Camper. Far from encouraging us to spend more money the gratefully received advice was to select a modest set of extras and decide what we need as we use the canopy. We feel very confident we have picked the right option and can’t wait to get our truck kitted out in-house at TuffTrek U.K.

Having now seriously road-tested the 1.4mtr awning, I have nothing but praise for it! As well as being extremely well made, sturdy and good to look at, it's quick and easy to put up and pack away - even single-handedly.
I also purchased a side awning, which was a great asset especially in the recent heat waves.
As I drive a Citreon Berlingo, I was advised to buy the 1.4mtr awning opposed to the 2 mtr awning I wanted to buy. This is my only regret about the purchase and seriously wish I'd got the 2 mtr one and 2 side awnings instead. That apart, the awnings are a fantastic piece of kit, and I can't recommend them enough. Service was excellent too.

I bought the Ultralite Soft shell RTT. It's amazing itself, but the customer service I've recieved has been so helpful too, with speedy answers to pre- and post purchase questions.

I contacted Tuff Trek with an idea in my head. Thanks to Mark for his assistance and patience, he pointed me in the right direction and made sure that I ultimately ordered something that would work, and likely saved me some money in the process.

What a great Find! The most professional and friendly service we have encountered during our Landrover adventures. We bought a Bundutop roof tent and Ostrichwing awning. Tuff Trek fitted the same and did a great job. Their knowledge of all things 4 X 4, overlanding and what works / doesn't is excellent. Absolutely fully recommend to anyone contemplating next steps with their 4 X 4 - Landrover or more modern makes, variants. Thanks guys.

Brilliant products and customer service, I bought a soft shell roof tent from them a few years ago which is still going strong. Didn't flinch on the welsh coast line whilst in a weather warning for wind!

Just in the process now of selecting a strong 270 awning which Dara has been advising on. Particularly the bracketry to make it work with my existing Flatdog RAX.

We all know that Dara is a legend but we also had dealings with Sales Manager Mark and he certainly knows his stuff too.
