I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE...I Ordered a ton of what looked like really gorgeous clothes from their website. 4 days later, a box arrived. Inside the box was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING of what I ordered. Not the same sizes as my kids, nothing. I emailed them 20 times and have wasted hours of my time trying to figure out how to send back the stupid box and NOTHING. I got ONE response to casually say that they didn't have the things that I ordered and that they'd give me a refund. They sent me 4 EURO!!!! I'd spent 108 EURO!!! Total jokers. Don't know how they operate.

Absolute scam of a company! No goods received and no correspondence at all. Currently filing a fraud case with my bank. Wish I would have looked on here beforehand.

Never experienced nothing like it in 15 years of online shopping from around the world.
Here is my journey: 2 weeks after purchase I started contacting tuctuc where my order is and no reply a month later.
I wrote to them on several different emails, contact form and NO reply?! After I wrote on their instagram threatening I will go public with my experience I got a reply that I shoudn't worry they will tell customer relation to get in touch. 2 weeks later no one has contacted me so here I am to prevent anyone else from the stress.
In a few weeks I am moving so I hope it will arrive by then if not I will find find the relevant agency to make a complaint

I duplicated my order in error. I have contacted tuc tuc to refund one of the orders. I received an email after contacting them twice before they replied to say they were refunding me that’s now over 12 days ago and I still have not received my refund. I have tried to call them to no avail. I have sent another 2 emails and I’m still waiting on a reply.
Very bad customer service will not be using this website again.

Hi just to let anyone know that this company does not respond to customers complaints have sent 2 emails and 2 online forms but with no response. They advertise an isofix child car seat base as being universal we have tried it on the two chairs we have and it fits neither ,not so universal, and no reply for a return,beware
