Tuckfields in Morphett Vale ate so professional friendly and nothing is too much trouble making everything easy. We felt very safe in their hands and have used their service twice. I really can't recommend them enough they go above and beyond .

I should lead with Tuckfield offered a very professional service and made the whole settlement process on a property i sold seamless.

I've given a one star review as the prices they charge (over $2,500 in my case) is well (close to double) above the industry standard and they charge additional fees (outside their "admin" fee) for the form 1 - a standard document used in all settlements in SA.

I'm sure the fees were all in the fine print, but left a somewhat sour taste in my mouth after the high of selling my home getting price gouged by Tuckfields. I have no problem in paying for a service, but on a very easy settlement (I sold a two bedroom unit, with no complications for about $500k) they should not be charging this much.

I can’t recommend Sharon highly enough. From start to finish, she made the entire process of my recent property separation smooth, stress-free, and so easy to understand. It was a really emotional and important time for me, and having someone as knowledgeable, professional, and supportive as Sharon made all the difference.

She handled the conveyancing with complete efficiency, explained everything clearly, and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way.
