Tubble is a nice concept and the product is decent, but there are a few areas for improvement. The bath works well and is comfortable, but the shipping experience with UPS wasn’t the best – no tracking updates and a slight delay. Also, the electric pump plug doesn’t accommodate different regions, like Ireland’s 3-pin outlets, which means buying an adapter separately. They should offer more plug options for international customers. It’s not bad overall, but there’s room to make the experience smoother.

I got Tubble Comfort+bamboo tray, the quality is amazing (tub materials, pump, tray everything). You need like two minutes to assemble it. It fits an adult (175cm) I love it.

So far so good with Tubble, I am enjoying the products and ordered more. I needed something from customer service and with a short quick email I was taken care of with satisfaction. Thanks a lot I look forward to more good things.

My order has not arrived. Currently there is no even planned delivery date.

Bought the Tubble a year ago. Was very satisfied with it. A small leakage occurred and I contacted Tubble. Very professional support. Exchanged the Tubble immediately. Great customer care!!

We have been using a Tubble for years because we only have a small bathroom! We have had a problem with the goods we received twice during this time, but in both cases we were helped very quickly and they were very accommodating. I can only warmly recommend Tubble to anyone, it's simply great!👍

Received my tubble bath today. The pictures are a bit misleading I thought the bath was a pinkish hue but turned up grey. Not a big deal.
Haven’t tried it yet as I only just got it but will update when I have tried it.

My -2 star is because of the fact tubble doesn’t give you an option for a different plug for the electric pump. I am in Ireland and we use 3 pin plug so you have to get an adapter. That’s extra cost or inconvenience if you don’t have one. They should give a different options if they ship internationally or be more upfront about it in the listing.

Also ups courier I’m not a fan of them to be honest and was a day later than expected as ups took 3 days to pick it up. Also got no tracking update what so ever between Amsterdam and Ireland until it arrived. Lack of tracking and a day later than expected wasn’t good.
I don’t think I would purchase with tubble again knowing they use ups as I’ve nothing but bad experiences with them and refuse to use them.

really enjoy using my tubble bath! like a spa experience at home. great product for houses with shower only and especially for rented places cause you can enjoy a bath without installation a real one. have been using it for over a year several times a week and it’s still as new. the only thing is i had to replace the hose but with a longer one it’s even more convenient. and especially enjoyed it during the pregnancy with my back pain.
the support team is also very helpful and friendly :)

I love taking bubble baths when I go to the sauna. And always dreamt of having a (bubble) bath at home. I stumbled upon the cuzi and thought I would give it a try. So after setting up which is pretty easy I was curious if I would be annoyed by the generator. After all we take a bath also to be at peace right. There is off course still noise you can hear, but for me its not annoying because together with the sound of the bubbles, it kind a envelops you into your own bubble which is actually really nice. The bubbles itself are very good, Im amazed how good they are well and they go full around the bath so with two person both can enjoy. Furthermore everything looks sturdy and well made. So definitely recommend this bath to anyone who loves bubble baths and want a wellness experience at home.

it was more an experiment, when I bought my Tubble, but oh boy! it works so good! Very easy to build, super comfy and the drink holder is the extra add-on. I love it!

It's an awesome solution for when you want to chil and enjoy a bath. Plus it's quite roomy. And when it's deflated it doesn't take up a lot of space!
Only small downside is that because the thin bottom the bathwater can cool down quickly. We solved the problem by putting a kiddie mat under it.

After multiple uses of my bathtub, I noticed it was slightly inflated. I reached out to Tubble's support team, and they quickly sent me a replacement. I'm thrilled with their excellent customer service, fast delivery, and very happy with the new bathtub. We use it every week with my family (2 adults and one infant), and we're really satisfied with it. Highly recommend this brand!

Going to cancer treatment and had no bath this is the most amazing purchase I can say it really helps with my recovery wish I had of got it sooner ❤️

The product itself did its job as I expected it to, and it allows you to enjoy a bath, even if your home doesn‘t offer an own bathtub. Delivery also went very well. What has given me a high level purchasing experience, was the service quality after my tubble got a cut on the inside, close to the bottom. The correspondence was quick, outcome-oriented and friendly. And the solution offered to me excelled my expectation. Definitely a customer focused company, offering a service quality way above the average!
