I seen ttw on you tube and was very impressed, when I rang about the products I wanted elisa was amazing with the stuff I didn't know about .
Tom was professional with all the fittings to my defender and the staff was great.top team ,great company and I will certainly getting more upgrades from them ...it was smiles per miles on the way home and my steering wheel with paddle upgrades was worth every penny along with the pedal power pro,dynamic pack,adaptive cruise and other activations.

Requested help in reinstalling my reversing camera on my Audi Q4 which was deactivated. Despite what their website claims they did offer any solution so have gone elsewhere to get it sorted. Very disappointed as i wanted to give the work to a local company.

Elesa, Sales Director, was most helpful right from my initial contact requesting Apple CarPlay upgrade for my 2015 VW Beetle Cabriolet- she listened to my requirements, explained alternatives and offered solutions. Booking in was very easy, met on arrival and phoned when car ready. Easy to get to, only 100 yards from main Mansfield Road in middle of Sherwood with frequent bus links to Victoria Centre, Nottingham. Excellent job, workings and functionality explained and delighted with the result. Also fitted my Nextbase dash cam hiding wiring - all most professional. Communication at all times excellent. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a Blackvue DR970 supply only.
An email from Keira to say my purchase had been upgraded to 256GB card FOC, and confirmed delivery date.
On arrival the free CPL filter was not included, I sent an email to Keira, and within minutes received DPD delivery notification.
Exceptional service! Would recommend.

Several years ago, I had my dash cam fitted. I’m returning to Trustpilot just to send my gratitude to TTW installations
My opinion was to seek a reputable company in my area that was known for professionally installing BlackVue cameras with rear camera and battery packs. I was looking for a company with a good reputation and professionalism that would provide reliable car maintenance services.

Although I was unaware of such a company in my vicinity, I searched the internet and discovered TTW installations. The company’s headquarters were located in Nottingham, approximately 270 miles south of my residence. Despite the lengthy journey, I made the decision to travel, and it proved to be a worthwhile one.

TTW installations provided us with a comprehensive service. They took us to the town centre while the car was being serviced in the workshop for several hours, and then they collected us when it was ready. Overall, our experience at TTW installations was highly satisfactory.

Given my positive experience, I would highly recommend visiting this company, even if it requires travel. I extend my gratitude to everyone at TTW installations for their exceptional service.

Had the pleasure of a visit to these guys to install some security on my vehicle , what a pleasure it was , nothing was a problem. Everyone there bent over backwards to ensure I was comfortable while waiting for the installation to be completed . A great job done by Rich , Keira and the team . Amazing service for my Dashcamera installation . Attention to detail and care in everything they do. Richard was brilliant and i will be retuning for more security features and a second camera install.

I got Apple Car Play fitted unfortunately didn't work and the screen kept going off while driving. The guys fitting it were really nice and helpful. After multiple attempts going back and forth to the garage, I asked for it to be removed as made my car unusable.

Communication was terrible for sorting anything out emails were constantly ignored, and I would ring up and get told they would email me back, this was a constant thing and not a one-off.

Eventually got it removed however after paying nearly 1k in total I got less than half of that back as they charged me for the labour of fitting removal and every time I had a problem with it they charged the labour for that.

I only had the car play in for around 4/5 months so still should have been under warranty from TTW that fitted it. However, I just wanted it gone and to not deal with them again so didn't bother taking it any further.

If everything works fine TTW is probably good and ok priced, but if you think you may have any problems with equipment working on your vehicle, avoid at all costs!

Excellent service. Had my dash cam system installed by them 3 1/2 years ago and revisited today to have it un-installed to transfer to another vehicle. Quick and fairly priced.
