Total shambles and terrible customer service
Ordered some sketch books in June for the start of the new school year and our art week. The books didn't turn up and after some chasing, found out that they had cancelled the order and they didn't even bother to let us know. Finally found out, after many emails and phone calls, a couple of days before the summer holiday. We had to reorder and were told they would arrive on 30th August which they didn't. Called customer service to complain and find out why we still hadn't received our order but they were absolutely usless. Kept saying they would phone back but never did. Still without order in September and no response from customer service - shocking! Such a shame, they used to be quite good. Will not be using TTS suppliers from now on.

Scammers
Never answer the phone, if they do which is rare no one is available and no one rings you back. I ring on average 40 times a day and no reply. Very quick to take your money. Not even convinced they are a legit company. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!

Fantastic Service
Myself and my husband were originally contacted by a Marshall Hopkins regarding our timeshare ownership. We were extremely cautious at first after having fallen victim on multiple occasions to scammers offering to help us get out of our timeshare. We reluctantly accepted the offer of an appointment with TTS, and thankfully it was 1 of the best decisions we have made. Within 4 months we had written confirmation we were out of our membership with Hilton and have also received back the money we paid out previously. TTS are the only company to actually help us

PAID THE ABOVE COMPANY 27/4/23 CANCELLED WITHI 1 DAY WELL INSIDE 14DAY COOLING OF PERIOD WHEN CANCELLED PAYMENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED I HAVE PHONED EMAILED TOLD LIES AND MORE LIES, I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 15 DAYS TO BE REFUNDED TO MY CC 15 DAYS HAVE COME AND GONE UMPTEEN TIMES AND STILL NOT REFUNDED 23/8/23 STAY WELL CLEAR COWBOYS OR SCAMMERS
