Patience is key
I received all my items! I love the packaging and I love how it come with a small kit to keep your contacts safe when not in use & a cute mirror! 10/10 can’t wait to use them! I got a pair for Halloween & one for daily use just to check them out! Definitely don’t rely on the tracking number it didn’t work for me. Order with time & you should be good! Patience is key!

The color of the lenses I chose seemed too "out there"
The color of the lenses I chose seemed to be light in color but it was actually quite spooky looking definitely not every day use. My family said I looked freaky, very unnatural.

I ordered 5 different contacts and out of 5 of them there is only 2 of them that I’ll actually be able to wear. The other 3 contacts look ridiculous on me. I had absolutely no idea that I was buying contacts that are make your eyes look evil and scary . These kind of contacts are the kind that someone would wear with a scary Halloween costume. I can’t wear these contacts out anywhere. I’ll look absolutely ridiculous. I am so upset that I wasted $40 for nothing. The pictures of the contracts that I seen online . It made it seem like these contacts were for everyday for normal use. I wish that there was a description explanating more into detail about what kind of contacts they are to wear. I’ve been buying my contacts from this company for years now and I’ve never had a problem with any of my orders until now. I’m very dissatisfied with my order

Completely different lenses..
Ordered Blazing Red contact lenses for halloween.. received them right before and the color is completely wrong.. I received Blazing Brown instead. I tried to order anyway even after reading all the negative reviews and I clearly learnt my lesson.
Edit: I even contacted them through the mail they provide to ask for refunds and returns, never received a reply from them.

My Honest Review of the Contact Lenses I Received
The lenses I received came in the expected colors — they actually look even better in real life. I also got a free lens case. What’s really helpful for beginners who are going to wear lenses are the detailed instructions on how to put them on, what to do before wearing them, and after taking them off. The company really put in effort — they even included stickers, and the package arrived in a beautiful little box. The company pays attention to detail and customer comfort, and the lenses are very comfortable to wear thanks to the instructions I received. I highly recommend buying lenses from this website, because in addition to everything I’ve mentioned, they also send discounts and a “spin the wheel” game via email, where you can win various prizes on the site.

Never gotten my package or a delivery date
I ordered express shipping which says takes 5-10 days, it’s been 11 and my package has not come or given me a delivery date. I emailed them for help and also got no response. Won’t be buying from them ever again.

Ordered from TTDeye over a month ago and still nothing. UPS confirmed the package was intercepted for possible fraudulent shipment and the seller won’t respond. Filed a PayPal case just to get my money back. Super disappointed — everyone needs to be careful ordering from them right now.

Is this a scam? Wouldn’t know can’t get a hold of anyone.
I ordered 6 pairs of contacts. My card was charged, I never received a confirmation email. Waited a few days because it says to wait a few days. I go to check on my order and my account says it’s locked and to get in contact with administrators. I have tried calling, I have tried emailing. The customer support chat in the website is just automated answers, you don’t actually talk to anyone. I even hit them up on instagram. I dont know what being locked means or why that would even happen. Thought maybe my password was wrong. Tried to send a reset password and it just says “can’t send reset password email”. Uhmm excuse me? What does that even mean? All i did was order contacts! It doesnt say anywhere or anything to solve the issue or what that even means. Don’t bother with this website there’s plenty more contact places that won’t steal ur money.

Untrustworthy
I mistakenly confirmed a purchase, and on the website it says that it’s possible to modify the order by writing to their email address. That’s a lie, because I sent two emails one using the contact form and another as a reply to their confirmation email just minutes after placing the order.
Conveniently, they only replied after the package had already been shipped, about ten hours later, saying that maybe I’d like the lenses once I tried them and, if not, I’d have to pay for the return.
Terrible customer service.
