I ordered several pieces for my daughter for Christmas. A necklace had a slight fault in it. The customer service on contacting the company was absolutely superb. We got a returns label and the necklace was fixed and sent back in no time. Communication was fabulous throughout. We will definitely be ordering from this brilliant company again 😀

Already ordered 5 times from them. Always very happy with what I get. The jewelry is very pretty, exactly like advertised. Shipping costs aren't a lot to Germany, although it does take around 3 weeks.

I ordered the fly with me dragon necklace set and the royal blood necklace set and they are absolutely beautiful! This is my second order and the quality is great as well as the customer service. I emailed them with a couple of questions and they got back to me within a couple of days and everything was sorted out straight away. Will definitely be ordering again

Beautiful jewelry

I am very happy with my order! I got the Astarion dagger earrings and the dark mage bundle. (I also ordered the healer bundle but then got a mail something was sold out sadly and I got a refund). The jewelry is very nice and heavy and I love it a lot.
My only feedback is that the earrings are quite heavy and hard to open, so if you’re sensitive to weight they may not be for you. I don’t love how much I have to fight the ring to open the earrings, it can hurt when I remove them from my ears because the mechanism needs a lot of force (or there is a special technique I have yet to discover). I hope it gets easier with time

Anyway, I would order again and the packaging was lovely and with so many nice gifts, I felt very valued as customer!
