Yaser, we have informed you twice that the item has left the UK and is in transit to Saudi Arabia. It is not in Glasgow, nor does the tracking information state this.
As advised already, it has now been just ten working days since your order was dispatched.
In order for us to contact the shipping company and raise an investigation as to the whereabouts of your order we must allow 25 working days to pass without an update.
Again, as already advised, if the worst case scenario results in you not receiving your order, you will be refunded.
To clarify, the shipping method used is clearly stated during the Checkout process so that you are aware of the shipping/handling company and processes and can manage your expectations accordingly.
It is not unusual for an order to not arrive to Saudi Arabia in ten working days. Nor is it something that we can act upon until 25 working days.

Hello Yaser, we can see from the tracking information provided that your order is now sitting in the customs clearance procedure in Riyadh. When you receive your order, we kindly ask you to revise your review of our products and services.
