I too had problems with this company and spent several months chasing my order or a refund before they were taken over, which I thought might be the last I saw of my money. HOWEVER, the new manager, Phil, did his best to sort things out for me. I ended up having to choose a different Tshirt but it arrived promptly and in good condition. SO, don't be put off by the bad reviews it seems as though the company is in safe and reliable hands now.

Several months ago I bought a shirt. I don't have the shirt, I don't have the money, he does not respond to my messages...

If it were possible I'd actually rate them 0 stars! I'm that disgusted with them. I ordered from this company on 14 April, 2012. After waiting 10 days for my order to arrive from a company that is just a few hours away by car I decided to contact them. I used the email address on my receipt. I was notified a few hours later that my email had been removed from the delivery queue after being undeliverable for four hours. I then returned to the site and used their autoform. No response. I emailed them again today and got the same notification as before. They took the funds from my bank account on 19 April. That is normally when ordered items are posted, in my experience.

When I went back to the site to use their autoform to contact them I had a peek at their FAQ page. It states clearly that the customer will be emailed at each step of the order's progress. A load of bollocks!

The shirt I ordered was meant as a birthday gift. I didn't expect a delay since the item I ordered wouldn't be in high demand. My husband's birthday has come and gone and now I get to tell him that what I got him for his birthday was a battle to get our money back. I'm sure he's going to be over joyed with this.

I've ticked that tshirtville should be informed of my review, but I seriously doubt they'll bother to read that email either. I would advise anyone looking for a tshirt NOT to buy from this site.

Probably THE worst online shopping website I've ever been to. Ordered a shirt back in early November as a gift to my boyfriend, and of course they excepted the money rather quickly. They told me they had it shipped the next day which was good new because I had wanted to give it as a Christmas present. Weeks flew by and I hadn't received my item so I emailed them only to find out they had a "delay due to issues with their supplier". Which was fine I thought still got a while before Christmas, and by the time it did come it had STILL not arrived. Long story short I waited till February for these people to just send me one shirt that never came. So, I emailed demanding a refund which took awhile because they don't respect their customers enough to respond. Anyone going to this site I would highly recommend NOT shopping there its nothing more than a bunch of common thieves taking your money, and your guaranteed to be disappointed. After reading other peoples reviews, and having experienced this myself I am honestly surprised this site is still running...
