Poor service, They recently took over a reliable company we have been dealing with for years who offered a faultless service.
I have been trying now to resolve an issue with them since September 2025. I still have gotten no where and am just getting passed from one person to another. It is impossible to speak to any one person directly.
A technician from TSG - Steven, I assume based in the NE UK area, called to aid me with my EE 4g smart hub and whether or not we required an external antenna. A delightful person, who stayed for some time, finding the best placement for my smart hub. Having found the optimum site, he concluded that we didn't require an antenna and would just be wasting our money getting one installed. I find it refreshing to have someone honest and candid, helpful without being pussy and with a pleasant demeanour too. I would be more than happy for someone of his calibre to help with anything to do with broadband, wifi or hubs.
