Blocked Account

I have several purchases, some received with no problems. Others, clearly sent via Canada Post after the strike started but I have received them
I am unable to access my account and am told a payment for $3.30 did not go through on Dec 15. They request a new payment method method. I say it's not necessary. The payment method is fine. $3.30 was withdrawn on Dec 16 and seven payments, from the same method of payment, since then. Clearly, it is not a payment method issue
I spoke with customer service who repeatedly ask for a new payment method. I repeat myself many times stating that all of the payments have been taken and the method isn't the problem. We go in circles and I just keep being told the same thing and asked the same questions. They've withdrawn at least $100.
If there is indeed a problem with payment, which is not the case, I am confused as to how completely blocking accounts is justified
If people haven't paid, of course ordering priviledges should be revoked but we are entitled to view accounts of balances, payments etc
I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company

Very disappointed customer

I returned an item that they received on December 9 2024. Can't get any satisfaction on my refund. I have it on easy payments and they are still taking them. I will never buy anything from them again. I am so frustrated.

bad service Program dont work well

Hello everyone, I am here to tell you about my experience with TSC support. It's been 3 months and more since I paid the subscription. The big problem is that the program doesn't work well and I can say it doesn't work and the support doesn't regret it or doesn't want to intervene. I've been paying for certain channels for 3 months to have signals, I can say 60 to 80 USD per month and the support doesn't want to intervene. I liked to share with you my experience or my loss because of these people on all the support. Thank you.

Not shipping and no customer service

Ordered items on November 5, 2024 and still don’t have them. Contacted customer service few times via email, phone and no help at all. What a mess! Used to be their loyal customer for years and never seen anything like that. I think this was my last order from them, if I ever receive it. I do not recommend anyone to shop there, save yourself time and money.

FedEx lost one of my parcels

FedEx lost one of my parcels. TSC would not give me either a replacement or a refund since FedEx used a picture of some parcel dropped on some floor as so called proof of delivery. Fortunately the real parcel made it's way back to TSC and it was processed as a return so I got my refund that way. Otherwise I would have been out $101.Still I spent hours both with FedEx and TSC customer service trying to resolve the issue.
At the moment it is now day 5 of FedEx saying another package would be delivered today but I'm still waiting.
On another order some time ago I received a beauty product which I received spoiled which I returned. I never heard from TSC about it.I did not pursue it because it was not expensive but still.
I might order something occasionally if it is a really good deal but I will make my casual purchases at Amazon from now on.

After emailing TSC asking why my…

After emailing TSC asking why my package wasn’t shipped yet after waiting three weeks they shipped it within the next two days. I was happy to receive the package two days earlier on Christmas Eve. I inspected the coins and some of them are not uncirculated according to what he said especially the silver dollars. There are scratches and some dings on the edge of the coins and they might have been cleaned. On the 67 silver dime it has a scratch, one of the tombac nickels shows wear and a fingerprint. The value of the coins depreciate in value when they show wear and if they have been cleaned. The 10 cases that holds the coins are great, nicely made, and stack easily on top of each other. And they all come with a label framed on the front. There is also a pamphlet with all the coins listed and giving detail as to why they were minted. Although a bit disappointed I have decided to keep the collection.

I ordered a ps5 vr2 bundle and I was made to give 4 different credit cards then they kept telling me for 2 weeks my items would be held for me and they kept refunded the money I kept paying then all of a sudden I get this bogus email saying all of a sudden they are out of stock when I was told for 2 weeks my item was on hold and I’m being told that if my item isn’t in stock in 45 days my order will be canceled and I loose my deal that’s not how this will work I’ve contacted the better business beuro about these scammers and I’ve hired a lawyer because this is ridiculous and what there doing so many ppl get screwed over because of what there doing to thousands of individuals including myself DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEMS AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY…

Earth to TSC: Join the 21st Century

I ordered a pair of moccasins during the Canada Post strike, being assured by TSC that other delivery systems would be used. My order was placed on Dec. 4th. It is currently Dec. 13, and when I visit their glitchy website, all I am told is that my item (a Christmas gift) is backordered. Backordered? What does that even mean? Is my order being held hostage in the Canada Post ground-to-a-halt system? I can't wait on the phone indefinitely to be disrespected by one of their alleged customer service reps. On a side note: I have checked the stay signed in box at the TSC website to no avail. Really Rogers? Do you not have a qualified IT team to make your customers' experiences user friendly? Earth to TSC: join the 21st century!

TSC unprofessional, ignorant supervisor

the same day I placed 3 orders for over 800.00 . I noticed when placing the 3rd one that I missed out on the discount. I called to have it applied on the first and second orders and their ignorant, unprofessional , none customer service oriented supervisor declined them. I requested to have all 3 orders cancelled and was told for the first 2 it was too late . Therefore only the 3rd one was, I mentioned that I will boycotted TSC and nerver order from them again. Therefore the following day got 2 emails from them offering a 10 and 15% discount one the next 2 separate order. I can tell that I politely write back telling them to shove way up their discounts where the sun doesn’t shine . Today , again, 2 more email requesting to fill out a survey . I can tell you that my review was bad and comments were the same in addition of repeating myself that this female supervisor should be demoted .

This organization

This organization needs to understand their business it is shopping for items and not security, intelligence, spy agency, or double agents check point.
You are forced to have an account, super complex password. One time in your life ,shopping there, it is the privilege,lavishly, calmly, relaxing, incredible easy, quite human choice of being “ a visitor” a simple buyer , a human, but this one time ends in creating an account, a trap, password and such. Next visit if you dare to forget your password, you know one of a 890 you need to have on this planet,do not be shmuck to try visitor, again, no, as the TSC intelligence service sees your email address from your any device and computer says NO. So in shame, you crawl under returning shopper, must use your email address and beg for “forgot my password “ , and they, their intelligence service, send you an email, to your email address with steps to change your password, multiple conditions, printed in red, about 8 , twice, mostly doesn’t work if you are human and use your imagination for a new password, no you need to use theirs, their intelligence service, special combination, ok twice, and surprisingly computer says NO, again, in red print “your information it is not accurate” ,so after hour and a half and symptoms of heart attack I had to cheat, you know counterintelligence, double agent, and I opted for visitor, again, unheard , unbelievable,breakthrough, and used a stranger email address to allow me to buy, from them, two hours, with my money, on my credit card, shipped to my address a must precious present for my wife, …… now this is undoubtedly true love.
TSC ask your intelligence service how many shoppers you loose per year on this account matter, unfortunately they can not tell as they count only the successful breakthroughs
On the shortcut for fast service you may use to call them to buy, make sure you don’t use a rotary phone or one with blocked caller ID , they will not answer on these, you know their intelligence service are also in phone business

Tracking dead end and no customer service

I ordered a ring early during the Black Friday sale. The website has assurances that the strike will not affect delivery but my UPS tracking # says the ring has been delivered in the US and TSC customer service says there are no agents available to talk to me. I have no idea where my ring is, when or if it will be coming.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered 2 Christian Dior Advent calanders at the end of Sept. They messed up. After numerous emails they said for me to reorder and it would take 25-30 days. We are now at 21 days and I don't think they have even packed the order and have asked me to be patient. They must be joking. They are either a scam or absolutely incompetent. Stay away from this lot and I have given up on ever seeing my package

Don’t expect your item before Christmas even if the website says you’ll get it!

Customers be aware! I recently made an order of a pot set. I was supposed to receive it within about five days when I check it says it’s in the warehouse. I was unable to get any more information so I phoned today. The explanation I was given is that the item is coming from an outside seller and they use Canada Post. They are on strike I say yes I am aware says the rep. The message TSC is giving customers is that you shouldn’t worry they are using other methods for delivery. There was absolutely no mention online when I made the purchase that this is from an outside seller. It simply says it’s in stock. in fact if I go to make the same purchase today, it says I’m going to have it shipped within a few days. The customer Service rep was not helpful at all nor was she apologetic. When I asked to cancel the order then because I would have to purchase it somewhere else that was not using Canada Post for delivery as they are on strike. I was told that my order could not be cancelled because the seller has my item in stock. It made no sense at all. They have my item in stock but they won’t ship it to me using another method? I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that everyone was busy and someone would phone me back. I have received no phone call back. So I’m offering a warning that if you’re planning on making a purchase and expecting to get it prior to Christmas, you might be cautious if you’re dealing with TSC. When I mentioned to the customer service representative that perhaps they should be telling people when they make their order that this is what’s happening. Her response was well you made this order online we were not speaking to you. I explained that I knew that I made the order online however, there was nothing stopping them from putting a warning explaining to the customers that if they’re purchasing this from an outside seller, which by the way there is absolutely no mention anywhere when placing the order. You will not be receiving it if the outside seller uses Canada Post. Basically they are taking your money with no intention to send you the purchase. I don’t even think it should be legal for them to be offering those items for sale if they are not planning on shipping them to you. The best I got was when I finally received the item whenever that may be, I can return it. Free of charge. Wow great customer service.! BEWARE

I just tried to buy something and asked to put in card code and 4 different credit cards and each say code is not the proper code. As much as I wanted the outfit will not purchase because all the cards I used are in to date.
