I ordered in January 26 I did get an email from customer service saying items were delayed at the beginning of March i had given up hope of ever seeing the items they arrived today April 14 the postal mark was from Missasgua, Ont Beware the bread scorer has razor blades Too soon to comment on quality

I placed an order on March 3 and have not received it. Also, when I tried to track my track my and view my order both sites could not be found.

Does anyone know how to get a refund?

I ordered the Henri Velor bread bag "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" $39 offer on February 15th, 2026. I received a confirmation of my order but then nothing. I contacted them on March 14th, 2026 inquiring where my bread bags were only to be told, by Heni Velor himself, that my bags had only just gone into production as they do small custom orders. And then nothing. On April 13th, 2026 I received a small package from a Chinese distribution company, SUNYOU, based out of Mississauga, Ontario. Not from Velor, not from France, no packing slip, no instructions for use. Nothing. These bags are the identical "generic" brand sold on Amazon.ca for $12.12 plus shipping! The inside of the bag is hard to determine, but if I wrinkle it I can see cracks the same as wax would crack for Batik. Unfortunately the wax is NOT beeswax, it is parafin, and smells like crayons. I have sent an email requesting a refund, as I am within the 30 days of my bags being in production. I doubt I will get my money back, and no idea regarding the true quality of these bags.

This is definitely a scam. Placed an order 2/20/2026 & it was to ship approximately 4/1/2026 & when I went to the shipping site with the tracking number given there is no information available. Website is no longer available however I found they are now "selling" as tryorvix.com. The exact tryvelor.com website.

I placed an order 1/26/26 and still have not received it. I have contacted the company at least 5 times and initially was told the company was waiting for their shipment but after hearing that twice I have not heard anything. Do not purchase from this company. Poor customer service. Very unreliable and no delivery of purchased items.

I have yet to receive my bread bags however when I just checked the tracking info lo and behold they're actually coming from china! Not purchased from a local family business or european family business a great bait and switch from China! Had I known this I would never have purchased these bags

Ordered in February 2026. Received March 30, 2026. When ordered my account was charged an overseas charge and the money posted as a company in Norway. However, the product is from China. The 4 bags that are supposed to be waxed are not - they are plastic lined. This company should be banned from selling in America. My package sat in customs from the time I ordered until delivery to Minneapolis. Total scam company. Take all this advice - don’t be fooled like I was. Feel very cheated but really no recourse.

Their website shows a 4.8 Trustpilot score! Took over 6 weeks to arrive from China and the bread bag with "beeswax" is lined with plastic. No Beeswax in sight. Of interest all the same photos are now appearing under tryorvix.com, except they swapped out the pictures of the "French" baker and his family. Total scam!

I put an order in for the bread bags on March 14th. I've repeatedly emailed "Amina Hanina" about shipping information. She gets rude and states that they are not required by law to do so and that federal law states they are not required more than giving you the product purchased within 7 days. She stated that the carrier USPS had the incorrect number of the package and has to issue a new one. She stated if it didn't arrive by today that they would immediately refund my money. NO RESPONSE as of right now again. USPS informed delivery has no record of a package in the system for my order. I was charged immediately on my credit card. Charges are in dispute.

this is definitely scam. I ordered beeswax bags on 2/21/26, I got confirmation from seller and right away I was charged. After few days their website could not be located. it disappeared from Facebook. During three weeks they sent me few updates regarding my order with link which did not work and the page did not exist. So I started to google this seller and found out that all people had problems with their orders. One of the seller email stated that it is family business located in France, not true. Seller was from China. I contacted my PayPal service and they helped me to get my money back in two days! Never ever again I would order something through Facebook, there is scam on scam. I am glad I did not wait longer with my order as many people said they never received their orders or if it came it was totally different, not even close to the beeswax bag, it was finished with plastic or silicone. Be careful with all advertisements as most of them are scam and fake.

This company is clearly a scam. "Small family company" in France ships from China (and takes forever). Bags arrived today and are lined with silicon/plastic, not cotton soaked in beeswax. A waste of time and money.

It has been a month since I placed my order. I have not received it but they immediately charged my credit card when I placed the order. I did have two emails from “Marie” assuring me my order was on its way but was having issues with their shipper. I had also discovered they were shipping from China. I tried to get to their website for contact info and the website has been shut down. I have to thank American Express for accepting my credit card dispute as they have refunded me the entire amount of the order.

I would love a zero star option. 100% a scam. I questioned the shipping from China in my first email to “Marie.” The shipping was taking far longer than I was originally told. I was reassured that my order was real and on the way. I still have not received anything. I ultimately requested a refund, at which point, “Marie” stopped replying to my emails, AND the tracking to my order no longer worked. At that point, I contacted my bank and opened a case to reverse the charge. So, only time will tell how that will turn out. Either way, I learned a lesson. I hope no one falls prey to them again. They need to be investigated.

This is widely reported as a scam site. We ordered the bread bag that was to be French handmade and got tracking on a shipment that took forever from China.

We were ghosted repeatedly and asked for a credit from PayPal. Interestingly we received the order shipped from the states and that day they reported that we had received the order to paypal.

The bag was plastic lined, clearly mass produced and had cheap printing all over the bag.

These guys have massive controls online to hide and trash the online buying experience for all.

CALL THIS A SCAM

Actually Zero Stars -- I did get bags today BUT they are lined with some kind of plastic or vinyl -- absolutely not beeswax and from China NOT from a "small family firm in Lyon, France." Complete and utter scam. Off to ask my CC company to try to withhold payment.

SCAM - They charged my CC the day I sent the order. Law says CC cant be charged until day of shipment. Mine arrived today - 6 weeks and one email from me later. The bags do NOT have beeswax. They are a canvas bag lined in silicone. Total rip-off.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company (Velor) appears to be based in France, family run, blah blah blah, but is a Chinese company. Many attempts to contact company with no response, no confirmation of order, nothing! But they immediately charged my credit card! Buyer beware, don't order from this company.
